Antonio and his team from Spectrum at the Grove in Wesley Chapel earned ALL the STARS! What an unbelievable collaboration as they worked in unity to assist me and the 16 other names on the store’s waitlist monitor, only 2 with scheduled appointments. All reps were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their combined efforts reassured each client we would be helped in a timely manner. Still, I never felt rushed or dismissed when it was my turn. Antonio had the knowledge and the patience necessary for my special circumstances of locked phones, locked accounts, late and aging parents, and their use of technology. He was kind and gracious, going the extra mile to ensure I had everything necessary to surprise my hospitalized mother with a senior friendly phone. With such personalized service, he is a valuable asset to your company.

I was there to return the equipment. Their receipt system didn't work, they were going to send the receipt within 2 days however they didn't.
They also charge you for not returning the equipment. Rip off!

Went into the store today to transfer my phone from Verizon to my spectrum account. The young man helping me today was of no help. He also had a terrible attitude and it was very visible that he did not want to be working today. I wish I would have got his name so I can report him. I don’t believe spectrum wants someone who can’t even fake a smile at work. I get it you don’t want to work on a Sunday but change your job don’t treat spectrum customers in this manner…

Very pleased with our visit to purchase our son his first cell phone! We were assisted by Ayeishka and not only did she help guide us into perfect new smart phone for him he worked out some amazing savings on our spectrum account. Ended up adding a wireless line and new smart phone all while saving $80/month over current monthly bill. Big thank you to Ayeishka & team!
