My family and I have stopped out at the Wesley Chapel Grove Location multiple times in the last couple of weeks. We want to give a huge shot out and a thanks to Antonio. He is the only representative that actually took time to answer all of questions and help us out with getting mobile services. There is a nice older blonde hair lady but her knowledge on products is not there. Also an African American guy that works there and he has no customer service. He did everything to not help us out. He never even left the desk. He was also rude. So don't waste your time, stop in and see Antonio. He knows his stuff and goes out of his way to help you out.

Im not impressed with spectrum. I had 1GB internet installed 2 weeks ago. The most i got on that day was 400mbs. This wouldve been alright, but now im getting 70mbs. I called to cancel, as my starlink is more stable and at the time, faster. Inwas on hold and transfered around for over an hour. Now i need to drive into town and go to a store to cancel. Not at all a good experience for a new customer.

I went to drop off my router. They were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them. They have always had great customer service.

The staff are very professional. I did find, though, that if you didn't buy an insurance plan, you are pretty much on your own. They will tell you you have to deal with the manufacturer of the phone even though the phone is within the first year of purchase.
