Rented uhaul for 1 day to use for two trips from wesley chapel to zephyrhills . 46miles total, wrote it down and left on uhaul seat. They obviously didn't check or write down the guys info that pulled up and left uhaul before me cause the gave me the keys. Told me 80 and a hold on my card for another 80 till I returned it. Money not put back on card and they said I drove 88 miles. IMPOSSIBLE. They asked if I took pic of mileage, that's not my job and would have if asked. They are refusing to return my money. Have called 8 on ur side and better business bureau to make report. DO NOT USE THEM. Posted on my page and SEVERAL people wrote back saying same thing happened to them. They will scam you. READ ALL REVIEWS

Julie could not have been more helpful. Never having to do this on my own before, she made it very easy from calculating my selection to working with me on a one way versus two way decision. Excellent choice and top grade customer service!!!! This was not just my experience. The gentleman before me could not speak highly enough of the experience he had. Thank you Julie.

Have rented from this store on a few occasions and have always had a great experience. Reservation system is easy along with pick up options. I recently used the mover option loading and unloading and it was amazing!

A wonderful experience! I did my reservation online on Monday. On the day of pick-up, I was out the door in 19 minutes. The truck was clean and the truck paper work was exact. Thank you.

Staff is extremely disrespectful. I had to tip my movers extra because they kept yelling at them to move their truck. The parking lot is extremely small, and there is only one gate that always seems to be block. Getting access to your stuff is painful and time consuming. I've been blocked in from leaving for over 15 minutes before. I pulled my stuff out after a couple of months. They don't deserve my business.

Good friendly management. I had small things to move so My truck pickup was Sunday 8am and return was around 10am. On Sundays They open at 11 am … Online I Went thru the process of getting registered but getting keys from the locker was a challenge(that’s why 4 stars). Luckily for me Marie, sweet lady, who came to work early , came to my rescue. She saw me struggling with the lock, came out from behind closed doors and helped me get my truck keys. Thank you, my savior!!
Few recommendations to the management/U-Haul folks …
1) off hours pickup : please make sure customers are aware that they need to use the app to complete the registration process and to retrieve lock combination for the keys. Along with me there was another guy trying to get keys for the truck but had no idea about the app. He kept looking thru his emails. He called 800 number for help.
2) you have 3 locks numbered 1, 2 and 3 but in your “locate equipment and keys” app screen, “get your keys” area shows “Key compartment : Word Disc Lock” and then “Compartment code: password”. Shouldn’t your key compartment say the lock number instead of “Word disc lock”?
3) those locks are tricky to open. Luckily for me Marie was there to help.

Had a mobile pickup at 9 and we get there and there’s no equipment that we reserved. One of the workers come over to us and said they don’t open until 11 and they have to check in every single truck before we can get ours. We waited an hour and a half and when we finally went to get the truck, the older man says that they didn’t have a truck available for us. It was a mess and nobody seemed to know what they were doing

I rented a motorcycle trailer and upon arrival and drop off I was helped out by Josh. His customer service and polite attitude was impeccable and I will be a returning customer should I ever need to rent a trailer again.

Extremely friendly location. Clean, responsive, and confirmed my vehicle was there with them the evening before pick-up. Will definitely be using this location in the future for my U-HAUL needs. (I rented a large 26" truck).

Stack And Store, Wesley Chapel, FL is the best Uhaul location we have ever used. We have rented our Uhauls there several times now and it is always very easy in and out. They even have kinda limited parking and were "buried under" in FL-54 road construction yesterday, and they are STILL better than everyone else. Since we started using them--so simple--we have never used anyone else. Professional, quick, close, perfect. Highly recommend.

Its the worse customer experience I have ever had. I wont rent a uhaul ever. The people working in there were rude at all time
