I’ve been trying to find a specific brand of hypodermic needles for my husband‘s allergy shots, and I called this pharmacy. The person on the phone sounded a little confused when I asked her if they had the particular brand I was looking for in stock and then told me that they did have that brand and that they would be able to get it for me. Drove 20 minutes here only to be told that they don’t have that brand and are unable to get it. I wish they would’ve told me that on the phone but unfortunately it seems like either the person that answered the phone didn’t understand what I was asking even though I reiterated it multiple times on the phone and when I came into the store or they weren’t sure exactly what was going on. Unfortunately, I wasted my time coming up here, and my gas.

The Brave New World of obtaining ADHD medication is very challenging. I guess drug companies just aren't making enough $ on our medical condition. Went to Walmart - out of my ADHD medication and apparently asking questions about supply chain and availability of substitute medications is NOT ALLOWED. Walmart Pharmacist was definitely a " hostile witness".But all was not lost. I went on Good RX and found Summergate Pharmacy. Wonder of Wonders, they can get it for me - Tomorrow !!!!!! Yay! Not as cheap as Walmart but not as expensive as my health insurance copay. Yay SUMMERGATE!!!

Pharmacy also has issues with stocking medications - even if medication is not a back-ordered medication. Pharmacy texts me to advise prescription is ready to be picked up. I arrive to Pharmacy to be told that prescription is still processing and that only partial quantity can be filled due to limited stock on hand. Medication is not back ordered. I had to change pharmacies due to these many inconveniences.

Excellent experience with Summergate Pharmacy. I am so glad that I was referred to them as it was the change I was looking for compared to the chain stores. I can not say enough about the customer service and their willingness to ensure I was fully educated about my prescription.

Have been using them for years. They have very reasonable prices for self pay. Everyone is friendly, they get prescriptions ready quickly or will have is ordered quickly.

ABSOLUTELY the best in area. Went for my vaccine and Manan Patel was accommodating, answered every one of my questions with knowledge and patience due to my nervousness. Assistant was also very welcoming and polite.

Unsanitary, badly run pharmacy. This is my first time ever writing a review on any type company. DO NOT GO HERE at any cost!!!!. This pharmacy assured me they would be cheaper than CVS. After almost two years of going to SUMMERGATE Pharmacy I was over charged significantly compared to CVS/Walgreens right down the street. I went to Summergate Pharmacy initially to support a local business. This was a big mistake, over the past year or so, I have paid over $1000 more than if I had just gone to another pharmacy. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE MY DAMILY AND I DID BY GOING TO SUMMERGATE PHARMACY

5 star all the way. They always help in any way they can specially on how we can save more for our prescriptions. Very friendly staff and you always feel welcomed every single time. They patiently call doctors office and our insurance to help us out with our needs. Love this pharmacy.

We switched to Summergat Pharmacy several years ago because of their competitive prices. We have stayed with them because of their five star service. Everyone there from the checkout ladies, to the delivery person are always courteous and respectful. They have a sunny disposition and ALWAYS have a smile. The pharmacist is always available for any questions I might have and explains things to me so that I understand. There are several pharmacies around my neighborhood but I will stand with Summergate Pharmacy.
