They are a pain! Someone hacked our business rewards account SEVERAL times! We have not been able to get them back! It's a run around everytime and nobody can help or do their job. It's ridiculous that their system got hacked and now we can't get our points back. Definitely looking to bank somewhere else.

Horrible costumer service, I’m waiting 2 hours on the phone just to reach somebody. No answer…
