This branch messed up my auto payment for a credit card and it took 140 points off my credit do not use this bank..they have yet to fix it. Do. Ot use any services from truist bank.

This is the most awful place of business when it comes to customer service. I was there today to close out my safe deposit box and the rudeness and unprofessional service that I received from Eleanor was disappointing. I had to bring this to her attention and let her know that her attitude and rudeness towards customers was unacceptable. How convenient when you ask to speak to a manager, there isn’t one available. Bottom line, don’t bring your business to this bank.

I opened a checking account online and the next day I went into this branch to make my first deposit. The manager and teller had no urgency whatsoever and I waited in line for 15 minutes. I gave the teller my deposit along with my ID and SSN. She then proceeded to tell me that my account has been closed and that I need to speak with a banker. I sat for 10 more minutes waiting for a banker. The banker then told me that the “back office” closed my account and she doesn’t know why. She said she can open a new account for me but I won’t receive the $400 offer, which originally drove me to open the account to begin with.I was very upset, left, and called the Hunter’s Green branch. They were very helpful and confirmed to me that my account is OPEN and that I can make my deposit at their branch. The Banker, Teller, and Manager at the branch in Wesley Chapel, by PDQ, seemed to be lying to me for their own personal gain… which is very unethical. Idk if they did this because they get points for opening accounts or if they just didn’t want me to receive the $400 bonus, but I am very disappointed and will never go to this branch again. I was able to make my deposit at another branch with no problem at all.

Slowest location. Only one teller working while two others stand behind the counter not helping. Apparently "trying to reset a password."

The Branch Leader Rafael M. went above and beyond to solve my issues when my Aspiration savings account was closed without warning, he not only recovered my funds in a timely manner but he was friendly and professional and helped ease my stress. Ive been banking with suntrust now truist for years and I have never been happier with an encounter. Would recommend this branch to anyone give Rafael a raise!!

They made a $900 error on a deposit and did not have any paper to print out a receipt. This the second time in 6 weeks this bank has made errors on deposits or trying to take money out. Ohh and the ATM does not work almost at least once a month.

I use Suntrust for all my business needs. With a friendly and professional staff. They keep you in track with all your business needs. Had the pleasure of working with there new branch manager Mrs Sati Bajwa and what a kind courteous and caring branch manager. She goes out of her way to stay on top of everything your dealing with.Came in a minute before closing time. and Already letting all the staff go home Miss Bajwa personally Handled all my needs staying almost an hour after closing. Assuring me that a customer is still a customer even a minute before closing. This is a exceptional way to treat one of your client/account holders. The only thing that I dislike about Suntrust and Miss Bajwa is that I didn’t find this bank and Miss Bajwa sooner:) thanks again Sati and thank you Suntrust!

When I come to this branch I'm told by BB&T employees that since I have a Sun Trust account they can't help and just walk off. I explain I only need into my safety deposit box and they ignore me. When I seek help from management they are out or busy. The BB&T tellers are rude and treat Sum Trust customers like trash.

Went in to cash a check but was told I had to deposit it and they wouldn’t cash it. Went down the street to another suntrust and got it cashed no issue . Apparently it’s not policy to cash checks at this bank lol

Are you guys hiring? If, not you should be. One person working the drive thru and the lobby is ridiculous.To have to wait 20 minutes for a simple deposit is a poor customer experience. Please don’t say it is because someone called out because I’ve been twice this week and it was the same issue. This isn’t fair for the consumer nor the teller. The only positive is the lady working so hard at the drive thru and the lobby is nice and doing the best that she can. Give her a raise.

We have been Suntrust customers since the late 1970's. On 4/28/21 we waited at the drive thru teller from 11:50 am until 12:06 pm to cash a check as multiple cars were serviced that arrived after we did! The manager (did not give her name) stated her apologies but said one employee had called in sick and their were only two people working. Sad, maybe time to check out another bank!

Although extremely dissatisfied with Suntrust, the BANK, I needed to put a good review about Andres Rios at this location (Silver Oaks Office). I was having an issue with my card being lost and he was kind enough to assist and follow up. He is professional, yet empathetic to my concerns. He helped me by placing an order for a replacement card and had it expedited. I am thankful for him going over and above to please me, a long time customer. Thanks Andres!

This bank has good loans and customer service
