I went in to cash a check with my business account. They argued with me about withdrawing 15% of the check in cash. The check comes from another truist business account holder and the account is in good standing with available funds to withdraw. I had to escalate the issue to multiple tellers and the bank manager to deposit a check. This is ridiculous. It's Taking o er 20 minutes do deposit money and get cash back as 1of 3 customers with 6 employees in this bank.

They are a pain! Someone hacked our business rewards account SEVERAL times! We have not been able to get them back! It's a run around everytime and nobody can help or do their job. It's ridiculous that their system got hacked and now we can't get our points back. Definitely looking to bank somewhere else.

Employees at this branch don’t seem to be very helpful or care enough to help.Tried to explain what I needed before I could finish she cuts me off and offers me solutions that I wasn’t asking for definitely going to change banks

Mandi Bordwell is a huge assist to the bank and I would be lost without her guidance and customer service she gives to clients. She helps you in every way possible, helps ease your mind w paying off debt, and is just an all around beautiful person from the inside out. I have been a client for 12 years and will continue as long as Mandi is there! â¤ï¸ Keep it up!!!! Also, most tellers are wonderful much faster if you go inside but even outside 5 min wait!

Seriously inconvenient. It is never a short happy experience visiting this branch location. The tellers and customer service representatives are always short staffed and overwhelmed with bankers. The wait for assistance in customer service is always above 30 minutes and above 15 minutes for a teller. I haven't interacted with anyone pleasant here but I take into consideration how poorly scheduled these individuals are.

Have always been very skeptical of banks.. Due to the recession and unethical practices i.e. Wells Fargo.. However when my payroll checks were from suntrust.. I went to cash it and Mandi Bordwell helped me in opening my account.. I know I'm a lot to handle and tough to deal with sometimes but this branch has been a delight. Even through a payroll discrepancy .. Ms. Bordwell eased my concerns and handled the situation with professionalism and concern for the customer. I appreciate this branch tremendously and you have a client for life as far as I'm concerned. Hat's off to you!!

I was traveling from Virginia to Cape Coral, FL and stopped in this branch to make a deposit and also to withdraw some cash. The teller I dealt with was personable and professional. What a pleasure to be in SunTrust Branch where the employees act like they value their customers! I live in Gainesville, VA, where the Stonewall Branch is 1 mile from my home. The tellers are very hard to deal with. You can use the same teller for months, and every time you walk into the branch, they act like they have no clue that they have ever seen you before. A person certainly does not feel valued in Gainesville, VA.

Damaris took excellent care of me when my online account had become compromised. I was having a hard time with customer support on the phone and she managed to get everything straightened out. She is the best and one of the reasons why I stay with SunTrust.
