We worked with this bank on a construction loan. The whole process was frustrating and mishandled on their end. Now, we reached out to get documentation pertaining to the construction and they are refusing to release it. All the lenders we have worked with in the past have provided the construction progress inspection reports to us as the builder. This one refused. We would not use or recommend Synovus to any of our future clients after this poor experience.

I was at this location 6 weeks ago to request a replacement debit card, they promised it will be available within 7-10 days, I followed up with several phone call, spoke to all staff including branch manager, six weeks later I am still waiting for a replacement debit card.

There's not really a whole lot that can be said, but I can assure you it is all positive. Everytime I enter this branch, I am welcomed by all of the staff members. They are all always so nice and friendly. The lobby area and restrooms are always very clean and well kept.
