Jason was the best. Went there to switch over 4 lines and get a new phone for myself. Jason hooked me up with all the discounts available. My girlfiend also got a new line and phone. We both were very pleased Experience could not have been smoother.

Recently visited the store for upgrades on 4 phones. Jason G. Was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and assisted us every step of the process. I highly recommend Jason personally, any of the staff in the store and this store in particular.

Just left T-Mobile. Lisa was amazing. I had so much to get done and without any hesitation and with a great smile, she did everything I needed. I’m so so happy I came here and got the best customer service from Lisa ever!!!!

Ramiro and Jason at the T-Mobile store @ wiregrass mall are incredibly helpful. Ramiro very patiently helped our family of 4 switch over our phones and start new service with T-Mobile. We had to return to the store after a few hours to switch over our son who hadn’t been with us earlier and we got the same great help. Jason helped check on some account details. I will only come to this store.

If you want to see how exceptional customer support is supposed to look like then go talk to Lisa at the Wiregrass T-Mobile store! She guided us through the whole process of switching from the old provider to T-Mobile, making sure we received all the deals and perks available to us. Knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, she is the manager you want to handle your account! Thanks Lisa!

Lisa did such a outstanding job!!! She ordered & received for me (on the same day within a few hours) a much needed Galaxy Z Fold 5 before my current phones malfunctioning deleted my priceless family photos!!! Thank you your awesome service..!!!

Best TMobile experience I've had in 9 year's as a TMobile costumer. I live an hour away and whenever I need anything from TMobile I will literally drive to this location over the 15 locations between my house and this location. Best service ever ???

Does T-Mobile even train their employees? Is there a tech genie in the back room that they escape to? Turned in my 4G phone because T-Mobile kept sending me notifications my phone service would soon be gone. Employee took my 4G, I asked him to tsf. info from old phone to new. After 1 hr. he handed the 5G to me and suggested I look up directions on You Tube. Well guess what the Tech Devil had hit my home and my computor monitor had quit working. Talk about being 'cut off'!. Could not receive emails because I was not hooked up with T-Mobil or Wi-Fi. Since I'd just had major surgery and was still using a cane, I was unable to run all over Tampa to find someone to help me. When I went to a nearby T-Mobile store the young girl played with it for awhile and after 20 min. told me to take it back to Wesley Chapel storebecause phone wasn't working. I saw on the news that Gen Z is one of the worst generations to be employed. Too distracted, they know everything, too impatient, don't take directions. What a sad state we are in after going thru COVID customer service is now non-existant!!!6/10 As if this wasn't bad enough I've just found out the my FREE PHONE wasn't really free at all. The clerk did not tell me I was being charged $222.00 for this phone. The clerk at the second store implied that if I had signed a 2 yr. contract I would not be paying monthly payments. When I found the invoice the first clerk in W.C. had stuffed into my bag, I discovered I will be paying off the total balance for some time. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 20+ yrs. and this is how things are now.

Jason was great. We went to the t-mobile next door to Publix in wesley chapel and didn’t have a good experience. Then we went to the T-Mobile in wiregrass mall. We were immediately greeted by Jason and he was very informative and friendly and he got us the best bang for our buck. Will definitely be back to this T-Mobile.
