I went to the T-Mobile store on SR-54 off if I-75 and Daniel helped m with my problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. My problem was solved!

I changed out old phones for new ones last November and was told AirPods were free under a promotion for iPhones 14. I asked the salesperson if there was anything I needed to do, to which he replied no, and he had it covered. I’ve been getting charged every month for the AirPods even after talking to someone at TMobile. They tell me every month, they fixed it however keeps being charged every month. The salesperson was irresponsible and nothing has been done to remedy the issue.

ALLWAYS the WORST customer service!! Just today, I was sent a message for a warranty phone pick up and I arrived at 7:01pm and they just totally turned me away not wanting to help me. Said it will take over 1 hr and they can’t do it! Mind you there were two associates and not even one customer. All they were doing was sitting on their phones doing NOTHING! Unacceptable.

The worse experience at a Tmobile ever. They need to hire professional people not like this Cameron guy who's only nice when he's trying to sell you something otherwise he is the epitome of unprofessionalism. As a 10 yr customer he has really made me rethink my loyalty and will be shopping around for another service provider.

So I came in this morning with my son to inquire about a better phone because obviously mine was old and I needed some information. Of course I started almost crying about my sister that I just lost and the young lady Ashley was so patient I want you to listen and Michael who is here with her, helped us both gave us like amazing prices. I will never go to any other T-Mobile store. You gotta come to this one there’s a best. So kind truly compassionate and you may say hey that’s your job but guess what it’s everybody else’s job to do the same and they don’t so I want to personally thank them they made my day and this process easier

Yesterday I visited this location to switch from my miserable carrier to T-Mobile. I went in for a specific deal that I saw online. Turns out that deal wouldn't work for me. Cameron went above and beyond to find a solution for me. He brought his manager, Oscar, out to see if he could also make suggestions. By the time I left I had even more value than I expected. Cameron, Oscar, and Deion were an absolute delight. They turned a dreaded task into an exceptional customer service experience. Also, they are very funny and I needed a laugh. Thanks guys!

Cameron was so nice and super helpful both on the phone and in person. Was having an issue last min right before close and he was super quick to help and get everything fixed!

Every time me and my father go in there, Rob always takes care of us, unlike how they usually are all so disrespectful and don't take the time with you, they all do an amazing job with that especially Rob. Thank you for the amazing service.

Such a horrific experience. After spending almost 3 hours in the store with customer service on the phone with my in store rep I visit this store and am told they can’t talk with customer service in the store to convert a line. Something I again just spent hours doing the previous day. Then I went to go to return a device and the rep in store tells me I cannot do so without paying a $70 restocking fee… after they messed up my line and cost me THOUSANDS of dollars in business due to the line not able to take calls and missing client calls. But tells me if I call customer service they can waive that fee for me - something false and that customer care says they CANNOT due for some odd reason.As a business client of over 10 years it’s absolutely astounding to me that the ineptitude of customer service has put me where I’m at with absolutely no solution to my issue, no return label after being in the phone with customer service, and no other clear option other than to look at switching to another carrier.The T-Mobile brand and customer service is a fully immersive gaslighting experience.
