This location is the best target in the northern Tampa metro however, if you have any questions definitely go inside the store and find an associate to help you. Any time I have called this location nobody has been able to answer.

Noah at front desk was awesome, kind and courteous. He definitely shows his professionalism in his work.and how he treats customers . He made our shopping experience seamless and an ease. 10 out of 10 !

I was in store at wesley chapel and was so upset to see beautiful plants that were not watered and dying. I couldn't find one that was thriving. Expensive too. I almost watered them myself haha

Cameron is an employee with terrible customer service. Told his coworkers he believed I was stealing (because I was waiting for my wife to bring another dress since hers had no price tag). He confiscated my items and gave them to me at the front after handing them my receipt proving that I paid. The two girls at the front of the self checkout told me this happened because he was accusing me of stealing.
Do not come to this target unless you like to be disrespected by teens that think they’re cool because they just got their first Gucci belt

I usually love Target, but the customer service at this specific location is disappointing. I tried to return a gently used item within the return window, and the older woman at the desk was rude and refused to take it. Online customer support said it should have been accepted. It’s frustrating when a local store doesn’t follow the same policy and treats customers poorly.

I’ve probably spent several hundred dollars at this Target over time. Recently, I ordered a box of pull-ups through Shipt size 5/6, but received a box that was clearly mispackaged with size 3/4T inside. When I went to the store with my Shipt order number to request an exchange or even just a gift card, the manager refused to help. She told me to go through Shipt, who as far as I can tell does not handle refunds for these kinds of issues.
What bothered me most wasn’t just the lack of resolution, but the complete lack of concern. The manager didn’t seem to care that there may be more mispackaged boxes on the shelves, and made no effort to make the situation right. Ironically, if I had just walked in without mentioning Shipt, I probably would’ve been given a gift card without question. But because I was upfront, I ended up wasting time and getting nowhere.
Really disappointing experience. I won’t be shopping at Target again.

Walmart and Publix are closer to my house, but I choose to go to this Target because it is an excellent shopping experience. There is substantial parking. The lights inside are inviting and not too bright, making shopping comfortable. Everything is made easy to find. You’ll always find a store associate every corner who’s willing to help. Only con is that as of recently, the self check out only accepts card. So, if I’m buying 1 or 2 items in cash, I have to wait in a long line at the cash registers because they only keep 2-3 open. Other than that, this location is great, and I’m always happy to make an extra drive to shop here.

I recently visited this Target location and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. First off, there’s plenty of parking—which made it super convenient to get in and out without any stress.
I’m not sure if this is an older location or not, but it’s maintained incredibly well. The store was very clean and well-organized, with neatly stocked shelves and clear signage that made navigating the aisles easy and enjoyable.
What really stood out to me was the variety of merchandise available. I found deals and items here that I haven’t seen at other Target locations, which was a pleasant surprise. Whether you're shopping for home goods, clothing, or groceries, this store has a solid selection with frequent sales worth checking out.
The Starbucks and the small eatery area inside were also spotless. It’s not often you find a store café area this well-kept, and it made grabbing a coffee and snack a nice part of the shopping experience.
Overall, this Target exceeded expectations. Clean, friendly, well-stocked, and relaxing—definitely a location I’ll be returning to.

old lady at self checkout today had major attitude problem and spoke to me as if i was stupid.
