I went into this branch on Tuesday, February 27th to make a simple deposit. Terry was the name of the teller who "assisted" me. It was my first time in the branch. Needless to say it will be my last. What a NASTY women TERRY is! WOW! She was rude and argumentative to the couple ahead of me in line and just as NASTY and UNHELPFUL to me. TERRY said that I was not able to deposit the check I had since it was made out to me and the way the account was opened I was only POA for my husband not a account "owner". I politely explained to TERRY that I've been depositing checks in my name into this account since it was opened with no problem and the account as far as I understood was opened as a joint account. I opened the account in New Port Richey with Ricardo the branch manager at the time. By the way Ricardo and all the staff in New Port Richey are the best.Back to TERRY and my awful experience at her hands- TERRY began typing on her computer- I was just standing there waiting for a response of some sort... She was communicating with the branch manager FAWN OLERUD who was sitting at a desk 10 feet away??LOL So I spoke up and explained my situation the FAWN OLERUD the "branch manager"- same NASTY, UNHELPFUL attitude from her. You know what they say- when it's bad , it's bad from the top down. I was respectful and polite at all times. After standing at the teller counter for over 20 minutes (and I waited 25 minutes for my turn) I asked for the check back and left. During my time in the branch two unhappy customers walked out the door without conducting their business as the wait was so long. I would highly recommend to anyone reading this that you AVOID this branch. TERRY, your breath was so rotten that I had to take a step away from the counter. I would suggest that you brush your teeth and use mouth wash and mints. It would help a lot.TD corporate office, I suggest that you replace FAWN ULERED with someone who posses customer service skills, has basic manners and a desire to HELP your customers. Along with the ability to hire and train the staff to treat customers with basic common respect.Sincerely, Rhonda Lease Customer

Don’t ever come to this location if you want to deposit cash. No matter what day, or time I go for months the atm is never accepting cash. Go to the location a few miles down the road instead.

I don’t like their new policy that requires you to verify who you are on line when you are right there. My phone service is not good in that area, and is causing me issues with this bank. The staff is lovely but not a fan of this new format

I've literally never experienced a worse bank in my life lol NOT A SINGLE PERSON offered to help or ask what myself and 3 other individuals needed. We stood aimlessly waiting for an employee to address us... until we realized IT WASNT HAPPENING LOLI then proceeded to basically have to "direct" the teller in order to get acknowledgement, as well as the service that I needed. ? NOT SOMETHING A CUSTOMER SHOULD EVER HAVE TO DO. (can you tell this place has me irked? Lol)Needless to say... bad experience. Very. Bad. Experience. Lol(P.s. if I don't "lol" ... I'll c-r-y)✌️

These people are on edge. It seems like there is some type of manager sub-ordinance dynamic in place. You can feel it when you walk right through the doors. Let's start by saying it’s probably the most inconvenient bank in the world. They call themselves the most convenient. Meanwhile, they don’t even have other branches across the United States other than New York and Florida. The people in this location are just terrible. they have no sense of common courtesy and I would like to report this location I will be reporting you guys to the Better Business Bureau and the federal trade commission’sthese people are on edge. It seems like there is some type of manager sub ordinance dynamic in the place. You can feel it when you walk right through the doors. for your inability to process information. This bank has put the wrong Social Security number on my bank account so therefore when I try to verify my accounts I cannot accomplish anything. I’m going to call my lawyer and make sure they get a hold of you. I cannot accomplish anything. I’m going to call my lawyers and make sure they get a hold of you. this will show you.

Great service at the counter. Very accessible hours. Will get 5 stars when they open a branch closer to me (over a half hour away now).

20 miles out of the way and in no way relevant to my search. Why is this even being shown to me?

Leidy was perhaps the most rude, least professional and least compassionate person who I ever had to deal with in any banking situation.

My boyfriend has an account with TD bank and went into this location today. He was treated like absolute garbage. They looked down on him and spoke to him in an absolutely inconceivably unprofessional and rude way. I will NEVER bank with TD bank. You just lost two customers and a whole lot of money.

Had the worst experience with Fawn earlier. Walked in with my mom to try to see about taking over my recently deceased father's bank account and making a mortgage payment on his home we are in the process of updating the deed on. A customer service person told me to go in person with the death certificate to be able to do this. Fawn didn't offer condolences regarding my father which I found rude. Then told me I was given wrong info regarding the mortgage and that only the bene can take over my father's account. So we asked her to check for us because we weren't sure if he had a bene listed. We did have a copy of his will. We give Fawn the info and then she proceeds to tell us that my father's had another woman as the joint holder of the account. We told her she was mistaken and then she got very defensive and angrily told my mother that neither of us were entitled to his account because it belongs to the other woman. Fast forward a few seconds and Fawn realized she was on the wrong account. There was no secret woman. She didn't apologize for that either. Then she admitted she didn't know the mortgage process and reached out over IM for assistance. She gave us two different answers for how to proceed and then asked if we wanted her help with that process. Obviously we didn't. We'll take our chances at another branch. Also side note she was coughing the entire time. Wore a mask around her chin and never covered her mouth. I honestly still can't get over how rude she was and the complete lack of empathy she had. I've had multiple issues with TD but this was the final one. I'll be closing out my accounts with them. Plenty of other banks along 54.EDIT- Also felt the need to add that Fawn made us shout my father's social, name, and address to her. I'm not an expert but I imagine thats a PII violation. Any other bank I've been to has had me write it down and then they shred it after. I didn't make an issue as I wanted to be out of there and in that moment the only other person present was a teller.
