Was just there Saturday to get my iPhone screen repaired. Don’t do it. You’re better off going through Apple. They replaced my screen with a lower quality/ smaller screen though they claim it’s the best screen on the market. The phone is noticeably operating slower. The screen lags and the battery is draining faster due to the poor quality screen. I have called twice to speak to someone regarding the issue and they are already trying to avoid me. I was told I have a 90-day warranty. It has been 2 days. The phone has no physical damage

Becareful I had them fix my iPhone 16 pro screen. He is it was premium quality, when I got it my screen was glitching and also the screen was noticeably smaller. I went back he said it was my hardware that was damaged due to it being dropped but offered to replace it with a more premium screen. I asked if I could just get an apple screen he said it would cost me over 600 dollars so I went with the better premium screen and was still the same glitching and smaller screen.
I went to Apple and for the same exact same cost of the “premium” screen he offered me I was able to get an actual apple display and now my phone works perfectly fine. Probably better off going to Apple Store than an after market place. Well at least for newer Apple phones.

Had a shattered Motorola phone screen - after ordering the part I left the phone and 2 hours later it looked brand new. Would definitely recommend.

I was charged $100.
He did not mention price he just put screen protectors on mine and my daughter’s phone and case I thought maybe $40ish maybe $60 but $100 plus tax. I couldn’t believe it. I am still mad because by the time I was told the price screen protectors already installed. Smfh so beware no prices are listed and he installed them without a yes or no. I asked for Black Friday sale he said yes. He discounted $25 from total and still it was $100 plus tax.
This is a scam or price gouging literally the case looks just like from Amazon most $20.

Just spent way too much on a screen protector, put on terribly with bubbles all over it. Employee tries to tell me bubbles are inevitable when I've never had this happen from a competent salesman. No refunds.

Omar and Eddy were two great people and got my phone fixed flawlessly. Back screen of my iphone 14 pro max was cracked and now is completely fixed! 10/10 recommend.

Customer Service, Quality, Other, Wait Time
Honesty!! My son and i went to two other vendors: The 1st told us not to invest in the phone any more...Just buy a new one. This advice makes sense, but my son did not back up any of his important information. The 2nd vendor without even looking at the phone said the price would almost be the double amount of what this phone is worth...Adding, we would have to wait 3 days before the phone could be repaired. We/the public/Our community need more Honest vendors like Tech Clinic who care about the people and not about padding their pockets. I will refer other family members and costumers to this store. The one who fixe the phone was stealing us first he one price and another and then another and we said fine let's pay but guess what he said me not business with and he started to take the screen off and then he call security I don't recommend this place -2 stars and not respectful
