The Palms Car Wash offers both drive-thru and full-service options, with an unlimited car wash club membership. Customers praise the attention to detail and thoroughness of the service, noting that staff often go above and beyond to ensure vehicles are well cleaned. First-time visitors have appreciated the quality of work, with some mentioning the friendly and attentive staff, including specific individuals who did a great job. However, wait times can be long, especially on busy days like weekends, with some customers waiting over an hour and a half for full-service washes. While the prices are considered fair, some feel that certain packages, such as the Great White option, may not always meet expectations and require additional manual cleaning afterward. Overall, The Palms Car Wash is known for its good service and attention to customer satisfaction, especially when patience is available for the thorough process.
Loved this place. Super cheap and they did a pretty good job detailing my boyfriend's filthy car. Pedro is a master cleaner, he was fast and did a good job. Everyone here was nice and pretty funny.
