So I had an appointment to get a haircut last Friday 6/20/25 would Dani, i’m a 72 year-old woman I don’t look my age, but that doesn’t matter this person insulted me treating me badly. She clapped her hands at me telling me that I needed to listen to her. She rolled her eyes close her eyes did all these gestures telling me that I needed to basically shut up and listen to her. She kept telling me that the problem with my hair, even though she hadn’t even touched or looked at it was that I don’t get regular haircut so my hands are dry. I explained to her that I get my haircut an inch to 2 inches every three months that someone had bleached my hair dried it out and ruined it so I cut off 5 inches. She didn’t wanna hear what I had to say she just kept going on and on about whatever it was that she thought was right but she was like yelling at me and I told her to stop it or I was gonna walk out. She said so walk out so I walked out. And she was so loud that everybody heard her then she yelled at me on the way out, assuming that I had talked about her in Spanish, which I did not!! I want people to know that I did call the number that JCPenney said to call and report. I did it a few days after the incident, ! they said they would get back to me within two days no one ever called me back No one‘s ever me. No one’s apologize. So if you see, JCPenney answered, my review told me to call that number which I had done before I wrote this review. They said that someone would call me 2 to 3 days later. It’s been weeks now. No one ever call me back no one‘s ever apologized. What does that say about the service that location is dead to meand as you see from other reviews, they’re not doing a good job there.

Fun, positive experience! I was very happy with Angelica!!! She gave me a great perm and fantastic cut!!! Prices are reasonable.

Extremely disappointed with the service my mom received today. My mom asked for a color she did not receive and paid an exuberant amount for the service. She has been getting her hair treated here for a long time and has always been happy. Today she left unhappy and says she will never return. She paid over 100$ more than her usual treatment and was told that the salon raised their prices. Where is the transparency? She was not informed before she sat down nor was there any signage informing customers of price increases. I’m all for paying for services but not being taken advantage of. JCP should have something in place that lets customers know of price increases. The sticker shock is what gets me
