All four of my tires were down 10 lbs. Dave informed me that it was probably because if the quick change in temperature. He filled all four tires and did so with a smile. I was willing to pay but he did it for free. GREAT SERVICE, with a GREAT ATTITUDE!!!

I called to get a quote on a tire as I wanted to make an informed purchase and the person that answered the phone was rushed and rude. He mentioned they do price match and I was like okay great, he asked if I wanted to make an appt then I said I had one other business to call for a quote. I’m big on customer service and when I went to ask his name, he hung up on me. I liked the price he gave me but now I refuse to give them my business. Just like I wrote this review I’ll be sure to tell friends and family about this experience as well. Tire Kingdom train your personnel better… that was an outrageous experience.

This was a horrible experience - oil change ended up costing over $450.00.We will never use Tire Kingdom again. Oil change was supposed to be $49.95 due to an online coupon, but they charged my family member $101.22 plus tax. When I called to complain, the first excuse for the store was my family member agreed to the increased charge and there was nothing they would do. I pushed back and was told that they were bought by Mavis who did not let them do the online coupons. The store refused to fix the issue.I called the corporate office to complain. They arranged a three way call with the store, and forced them to do a refund. The store ended up refunding only $40.00 about to two weeks later so still more than their original coupon price. To top it off, recently I had my oil changed at the dealership, and found out that Tire Kingdom stripped the oil drain bolt during the prior oil change. The total fix for that was over $400.00.I called the store to let them know of the issue, and I was told there was nothing they would do. The service here is dishonest and horrible.

Accompanied my friend for a new tire and an oil change. Tech used the wrong size wrench and stripped the oil drain plug then sent us away under the guise that "someone before" had stripped it. They said that they couldn't overcome the problem. It's an easy fix with a screwdriver and hammer but they couldn't be bothered.

Sent my son there for an oil change. He called me after saying it was over $400 because they told him his brake system and power steering fluid needed to be replaced and flushed due to it being dirty. Except this was all done 3 months ago. They saw a kid with a nice truck and took complete advantage of him. I called to speak with the manager and after telling the gentleman why I was calling I was told the manager was unavailable.

This is my second time going to this store and this location. Both times were very smooth. I made an appointment, and when I arrived they said it would take a while due to short staffing, however it didn't actually take long. Both times the staff were polite and helped me feel less anxious about something I know nothing about. Since this time was the second time my year old tires developed a valve leak, they even checked the other two tire valves for me to ease my mind. I hope I don't need to come back, but if I do need tire work, I'll go here again.

Best experience at any tire shop I've ever been to in 35+ years. Thoroughly explained my options, work was done professionally, and surprisingly quick. I will never go anywhere else.

Had a nail in my tire and needed immediate service without an appointment. Everyone was very helpful and attentive and my repair was done within an hour. They simply patched my tire as I had requested and there was no pressure selling to attempt to get me to pay for more services. All around good experience!

ATTENTION LADIES, DO NOT GO HERE!! They will take advantage of you thinking you know nothing about cars and then turn around and overcharge you to fix something that isn't even the problem. My daughter has been a loyal customer ever since we moved into this neighborhood. Her husband is a mechanic and can do oil changes for her but she comes here for convenience. This passed week she took her vehicle in for a basic oil change and they messed up her car. My daughter didn't realize it until the next day we saw a pool of oil on my driveway. She took her vehicle back in and they told her it had nothing to do with the oil change they did and it was another issue which was going to cost $1000 plus. Trying to take advantage of her, so my daughter brings the car home and has her husband look at it. Within a few seconds he noticed they messed up the oil filter housing. Now we are all humans and make mistakes but what pisses me off is instead of admitting your mistake you try to take advantage of a young female to gain profit. So unprofessional! A simple mistake that should have been resolved immediately when she returned to the car. It took her husband going there and providing proof of their mistake to fix it. Now I have a huge oil stained driveway that I'll have to pay to get cleaned and our wasted time.

Giving these guys a 1 start review because I gave them the chance to make this right and they barely put any effort into getting this resolved. On 9/21 my wife decided to bring her car in for an oil change. She gets her oil change pays her bill and drives back home. Later that night she goes to drive the car and the car is leaking oil all over the driveway. She immediately turns the car off and waits for the next day. 9/22 she brings the car back into tire kingdom and without even throughly looking over the work they had performed they deem the oil pan to be the source of the massive oil leak that is pouring oil onto the ground and tell her with the upmost confidence that has nothing to do with the work they did while performing the oil change. My wife not knowing much about cars takes the car right back home luckily we live only 1 miles away but in that 1 mile the low oil light came on. So I get home and decide to take a look at the car myself because the amount of oil leaking out just doesn't make sense. With in 30 seconds with the car on I clearly see the stream of oil shooting out of the side of the oil filter housing. Which is something they just touched! So now I go over to tire kingdom myself and see explain the situation to the service advisor Victor who I will was very helpful and understanding of the situation. I ask if I can speak to manager and he says they are not onsite but he will get this taken care of. Victor had a tow truck at my house within a few hours to pick up the car. He calls me at the end of the day and tells me that they fixed the leak and the oil filter housing o-ring was the problem the entire time. I came in early the next morning to pick up the car and inspect the work. They did fix the leak but never cleaned any of the oil in the engine bay or under shield ask to speak with manager again and of course nobody knows when he will be in and I have not even received a call from a manager. For $120 that we paid for the oil change I will from now take our cars to the dealership and happily pay triple the price as the headaches and inconvenience isn't worth saving the extra money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Will try to swindle you. Wanted to charge me $335 for a new battery and install. Said no thanks. 5 minutes later, they had the price down to $250. Went to autozone down the road, under 200 and installed for free.

I bought brand new tires for my Chrysler 300, and the tires are not balanced right. I spoke to the desk guy about it and they asked me to bring the car back. So I did... I'm not sure what they did, but the tires are still not balanced correctly, and the car starts to vibrate at 60 MPH. It gets worse the faster you go. I called and asked for the manager, and they didn't have one. I wasted enough time here to resolve nothing. So here is a bad review. For the poor service I got. I am taking my car to S and R Tires in San Antionio, FL, where I should've gone in the first place.

All the mechanics are dependable and honest. This is the first car shop that I have been and did not feel taken advantage of because I am a woman and don’t know what was going on with my car. No matter what car I have I will bring it here to get looked at!!

I came to this place multiple times for oil change and it was OK. My wife dropped my 2021 truck last month for alignment and she was told to come and pick it up later on but the truck was never aligned It’s still wiggly. W when I came back to town I took that truck to change oil and double check the alignment process and then I was told that I need tires and shock absorbent and an alignment so I asked why I was not told when I did the alignment last month that I need tires and shock absorbent the answer was cricket in the room!! And this time I was charged $117 for oil change and I usually pay $85 for the same oil change and when I asked about the difference, I was told that I used to do the conventional although I made sure that I tell them do whatever the truck needs so this place is becoming a big scam and I am highly disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone I know.
