I routinely visit Touch Nail Spa and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with their great service. The salon is higher end, very clean, with a relaxing environment. Everyone is welcoming, courteous, and professional, especially Cara who always takes excellent care of me! She’s very meticulous and leaves my nails perfect every time. I’m definitely a happy customer after every mani- pedi with Cara!

Jade and Van are absolutely amazing nail technicians . Their talent attention to detail and creativity always make my nails look perfect . This Wesley Chapel location is always professional and friendly . In particular Van and Jade has made every visit super relaxing and fun! I have been coming here since moving to Florida from out of state and I couldn’t recommend them more ! .

Ricky consistently does an amazing job! I've been going to this nail spa for 2+ years now, and I have yet to be disappointed. . . stellar talented nail technicians. Awesome nail professionals. . . great customer service and very polite staff.

I am a regular customer at Touch Nails and generally appreciate the service provided by most of the staff. However, I encountered a disappointing experience with employee Dao during my most recent visit. Despite spending 2.5 hours and $110, I was dissatisfied with the quality of service. The manicure was not up to standard, as the nail filing was excessively aggressive with the drill, causing discomfort and skin irritation. Additionally, the gel polish applied was uneven and adhered to my skin, and there was significant skin removal, resulting in visible chunks of skin around my nails.
While I am sure Dao is a nice lady - I hope management will review this feedback and ensure that all employees maintain consistent, professional, and gentle service/training to provide clients with a positive experience. I recommend requesting a different technician if you plan to visit. I definitely will do so.
I paid (didn’t ask for a discount - as I have seen people do) and provided the feedback to the front desk. The front desk asked if I wanted my nails redone to which I declined because I didn’t have the time to wait to have the gel removed and re-done.
Nothing more disappointing than having a self care day to feel your best and leaving disappointed.

My sister and I came to this salon for pedicures. She was excited to try it because she had heard good things. When we arrived, we said we wanted pedicures, but we were sent to the non-gel section. I explained we wanted gel, and instead of guiding us, the woman simply said, “Oh, gel is behind the wall.”
While looking at colors, another worker asked what we had chosen before we even had time to decide. When we finally picked colors, she told us they were “too light.” We chose different colors, and she still said, “Still too light.” When my sister asked, “What do you mean too light?” she replied, “Too light for y’all.” Both my sister and I are Black women, so the comment was upsetting and felt discriminatory.
Once we sat down, the woman with the short bob and bangs and a man started talking about the colors we chose, again saying they were too light for us. They asked what type of pedicure we wanted. I normally get a luxury pedicure but chose a basic this time, as did my sister. They then switched to their language, said in English “Oh, just basic pedicure,” and laughed.
During the pedicure, the man working on my feet never gave verbal instructions, just patted and pointed, which felt disrespectful. This entire experience left me uncomfortable, and I will not be returning. For reference, I chose a lime greenish color, and my sister chose a light pink.
