Michael Brockway was great. Took me awhile to decide to give up my truck, but Michael found a vehicle that was better for the issues I had. Never expected to get a new car with a comfortable payment, or to easily transition to a SUV. Thanks for making a difficult decision easier.

Been coming in here for 3 years since I relocated to FL. Great people and service. Everyone here seems happy to work at the dealership. Pricing is fair and they always offer complimentary Uber or shuttle ride home.

My Company Car (Rav 4) felt a little off on the highway. The very next morning, I called and was told that I could bring it in as a "walk in", so I did.Pulled up at about 10:30am, was seen by 11:00am and had my service expert "Ron" ride around with me to ensure everything was ok. He even taught me little tips and tricks about my vehicle I didn't know! Very personable and knowledgeable! I mentioned that my middle console had issues closing, he took one look and had me go inside to speak to "Don" and set up a work order for a clasp on the percipient that I'd get a call back back when the part was delivered...THE VERY NEXT DAY, I got a phone call saying the part was delivered, and I was able to come in on 11/3 at 9:00am. I showed up at 8:45am and was seen immediately by Don again! He took the keys, quoted a 90 minute timeframe and I headed to the lobby with my work in hand expecting to be there for the day. An hour later, I was out of the door! I'm in the customer service business, so I will ALWAYS point out when folks provide a positive experience. The workers at Wesley Chapel Toyota did just that. From calling me back multiple times ensuring I had been taken care of, to walking me through the process (Don), and explaining what is going on with my vehicle (Ron). I could not be happier. I'll be returning of/when my vehicle needs service and potentially for a personal vehicle when that time comes! Thank you!

Best value deal in the country on a high risk purchase... great outcome. We purchased a car from Wesley in what I can only guess was the most complicated type of transaction (interstate x 3), plus I didn't want to pay the recently inflated interest rates (Aug 2023) so I researched and we became members of a new credit union (Navy Fed, which I realized we could join without being members of the military since we fit a tiny loophole classification) just to get access to their used auto rates, and the entire transaction went surprisingly (shockingly...) well. To compound things, it was shockingly hard to get auto insurance in Boulder at the time for some reason that had to do with a lot of industry losses due to local fires the year prior. The dealership and car were in FL, the buyer was in CA, and the intended driver and new insurance company were in CO. The new lender was national. We could not find a low mileage version of the car we wanted in the color we wanted at a reasonable price local to the driver or the buyer, so we began expanding our search. I can quite literally say Wesley offered the best value deal in the whole country (searched from CA to FL). The car was ultra low miles, like 2500ish, the trim package was the top version the auto manufacturer offered and was literally the only used one we found offered in this version (it included a heated steering wheel which is funny to think of when the car lived in FL but since it was headed for Boulder... ideal!), the color was hard to find, the body and upholstery were in perfect condition, and it was offered at a price equilivent to versions 1 year older with less desirable trim packages and most often in colors we did not want. The only "cheaper/better" ones we found in the color we wanted turned out to be salvage titles.Wesley has to have wet ink signatures from both the buyer and the driver (we wanted the driver on the loan to build credit), so certain paperwork had to be overnighted to 3 states, from FL to CA, from CA to CO, from CO back to FL. This went smoothly. Westly was responsible to get "the transporter" going ASAP, as the car was promised to be delivered 3 days after receipt of the overnighted signatures. The car was literally loaded onto the truck the same morning they received the signatures. It was seamless to us.I was concerned that we would not receive the car in a timely manner or that the car would not be in perfect condition. Not only was it delivered timely and in perfect condition, but our townhome in Boulder has a very small 1-car garage which is very intimidating to back into until you get familiar with it. Well the transporter not only delivered the car directly to my daughter's home, at the scheduled time slot, but DROVE IT INTO THE GARAGE for her! Wesley submitted all the paperwork directly to the CO DMV, again seamless to us.Transport from FL to CO was $1500, which we felt was reasonable since we'd shipped a different car from CA to CO the year prior, and it wasn't much less. The transporter Wesley used was excellent. The one we had used the year prior arrived 4 hours after the appointed delivery time. This one was right on time.Zack, the finance person at Wesley, immediately responded to an email I sent regarding a question I had two months after purchase, which is what finally motivated me to invest my time to write this review. (Zack should probably show this to his boss at his next review... )All in all, this was a transaction that could have gone wrong in any one of a dozen different ways, yet it went off without a hitch. We are very satisfied with Wesley's integrity and performance and would buy from them again.

This used to be my go to Toyota in the area but today's experience left me very frustrated. Girlfriend goes in for an oil change, she is called to be told her car is highly sought for. We wait for an hour until someone is pulled in to assist with making an offer on a new car. We surprisingly find a car she loves enough to do a trade in and after spending 2 hours negotiating and waiting around, we are told that the car is actually being held for someone higher up in management to sell to someone else (no fault to the sales rep because they didn't mark the car). So we wasted 3 hours of our time from a solicitation. Our "consolation prize" was to have $500 additional off on a similar car of a worse color...yeah no. I'm really disappointed in you WCT.Edit: I stress no problems with the very nice salesman. Also, we have bought 3 cars combined and this would've been our 4th from this dealer so why have loyalty to this location going forward after this experience.

Buyer beware!!!I owned a Toyota for several years. Been too many different Toyota dealerships. Wesley chapel Toyota service department is by far the worst I have ever been to. The service manager is absolutely terrible along with the service advisors. Had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. oil change and to check the alternator and axle they didn't get back with me until 4:00 p.m. finally telling me the alternator was fine and everything I told them to check the alternator from the start they charge me $179 for sale the fees total into $262.90 for just an oil change the service manager will not help me this is absolutely the worst service terrible dealership I'm going to report them today 1-800 number Toyota corporate

We went there to trade in a vehicle that we purchased from there. They wanted a huge down payment over 10K which is ridiculous. We offered the 2nd veh purchased from there and that didn't work out well, a larger down payment was required. We already have other vehicles that we have but we're looking for another work vehicle. My credit was ran but days after my experience ppl were calling about a vehicle, I don't understand why. Is my credit is still being ran or what is going on.I will not be referring anyone here. It was a 6 hour process then we were told to go get the other vehicles and than when we got back to the dealer, we learned the salesman had texted us a message advising the down payment would be bigger than what he had just told us.If a 30,000 down payment is required we definitely getting a new vehicle. Why didn't you just call us, customer service business isn't like it use to be.Some sales ppl are worst than politicians. When my husband first looked at this vehicle from here, I wasn't with him. He brought me back later. The salesman didn't tell us anything about the vehicle. There were issues, I really didn't want the vehicle and I learned a year later after I had a tire issue it didn't come with a wheel lock, which I advised the guy if recently nor did he offer one. When I called the service department he said it should have came with one but I just told you it didn't.He said MAYBE the sales person can get me one or I May have to pay for it.This is why I've been a GM Girl since I worked along time for the company.

This is by far the worst dealership i have ever dealt with , they have no consideration for customer service the sales manager was beyond rude and acted like he owns the place and said (I'm not going to sell you the car and I'm returning your deposit ), as if its his decision and only his no consideration for the 8 month i waited to get that car they also added certain things like low jack and othe BS charges on my invoice and want to depreciate my car by $8000.00 and the response was take it or leave it I don't care , really great customer service and at the end he said I'm refunding your deposit to the same credit card and when i said i no longer have this credit card he said i will issue you a check and i said that's fine he still refunded the money on the card i told him not to use just to piss me off and upset me more , shame on the owner for not seeing these issues and all the complaints from numerous people with his management bad behavior.

They got me in and out within 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't ask which kind of oil I preferred ( maybe my fault) and it ended up costing $93 just for the oil change. I realize the price of oil has gone up but I was surprised it was that expensive. Other than that I had a good experience. They have a very nice showroom and waiting area, very comfortable.

If I had an option I would rate this business -10. I traded a car in over a year and a half ago for a 2020 Toyota Camry (lease). I thought it was awful strange that they did not give me copies of any of the paperwork and they told me I would have to go online to get it all. Two weeks ago I received a certified letter from a towing service in Lakeland that my car that was traded in is in the impound lot, still in my name and I need to pay to get it out or be responsible for it. I made three attempts and talked with three different people at Wesley Chapel Toyota (last person I talked with last week apparently was in charge supervisor). I was not only concerned that I was responsible for the car but that someone may have stolen the car before they (Wesley Chapel Toyota) had a chance to sell it. All three individuals I talked with, in great detail, assured me they would have someone call me back as soon as possible.... To date I've received NO return phone calls from Wesley Chapel Toyota regarding the situation. Today, I took time out of a very busy schedule to go to see Mike Fasano's Pasco County Tax Collector's Office to have them research things and provide paperwork to make sure I'm not held responsible if anything happens with the car I sold. BTW.... Pasco County Tax Collector's Office office did an amazing job. This is not the first time I've had customer service problems with Wesley Chapel Toyota!i I would Highly Recommend you DO NOT have any dealings with Wesley Chapel Toyota! I was given a number from the Tax Collectors Office office to complain to DMV Compliance . I will, because I hate to have other people go to the same b******* that I'm going through! I will file complaints the BBB and with any and all local, State and Federal agencies that I can about the poor service (and possible illegal actions) by Wesley Chapel Toyota) Go elsewhere for any car!

this place is a scam do not come here. I got a 2018 Toyota Camry and I got a decent deal. But once they saw I got a decent deal they called me saying their was an error With paper work. We went in and Mr. Waseam Khalif refused to get my aunt a translator because I couldn't go in with her that day and was being rude to her. couple Days after I called and said it was our fault there was an error on the paper when they print and tell where to sign. They charged us more for our monthly payment even though they messed up the paperwork. DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND RUDE PEOPLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
