Talked to guy named JD, who quoted me a deal. When I came to the store, JD was nowhere to be found - turns out he only works in that store sporadically. Another rep told me the deal I was quoted doesn't exist - I would actually need to pay extra $30/month to get that phone for that trade-in.. Apparently they are not responsible what their employees quote to customers.. Never coming back to this store again.

I recently visited the store and had a fantastic experience thanks to Junior. I was looking to change my service from T-Mobile and Junior was incredibly helpful. They were very knowledgeable,patient and answered all my questions clearly.
Junior didn't pressure me into anything and presented me with a few different options that fit my needs and budget.
If you're looking to upgrade your phone or switch plans at Verizon, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Junior

We had such a great experience and excellent service from their staff member Elijah who fixed our problem with my phone in absolutely no time! I’ve used Verizon for over 25 years and I will never go to another store because of the amazing service that Elijah provided!

The salesman Tariq was very helpful in selecting the correct phone and Verizon internet. It has saved me money and I’m very happy. Go see them and ask for Tariq. He’s the best!

Go to a different Verizon store, even if it's a further drive. Completely incompetent, lies about what they are doing, what they can do, and what end results are. Go to a actual Verizon corporate store.

I wanted to take a moment to commend one of your outstanding employees, Lili, at our local Verizon store. Recently, my husband and I faced a distressing situation where someone used our address to open lines that we were unaware of. We were quite anxious about resolving this issue and ensuring our information was secure.
Lili was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to assist us, even taking the extra step to help us call the Verizon fraud department to check the status of the issue. Initially, I had assumed that as an employee, she might have more direct access to such departments, but it turned out that she didn’t. Despite this, Lili navigated through the same channels available to customers with great perseverance and efficiency.
Her dedication to helping us resolve this problem was truly remarkable. Lili's professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference in our experience. She provided us with much-needed reassurance and clarity during a stressful time.
Lili is a credit to your team, and we are deeply grateful for her exceptional service. Please convey our heartfelt thanks to her and recognize her for the outstanding support she provides to customers.

I highly recommend to drive a little farther and go to a different store location so rude here and lazy BEN worst person ever so disrespectful and arrogant he was play on his phone the whole time I was trying to talk business to him and he didn’t help at all
