These jerks cancelled my pickup order for a new iPhone because they couldn’t get the higher commission from an in store purchase vs online.
This was after I already drove to the store and waited for someone to help me. Previously they said it was ready for pickup via various calls and voicemails back and forth coordinating pick up time.
Back to square one on my iPhone upgrade and I’m out a restocking fee… thanks unnecessary sales team! I’m home delivery from here on out!

Once again, I want to warn you guys about HADASSAH. She conned my father into a false plan, where she lied about all the details. She said yes to everything to gain a commission. Now we have learned that she fed us with lies and scammed us out of almost $7000. This issue has been going on for a month and she has offered zero help in offering a solution. I have to rely on her coworkers to help fix her mistake. It is crazy that it has been a month and she has done absolutely nothing. She is money hungry and it seems like her only goal is to increase her commissions, so I implore you guys to triple check everything she says or to request another associate. She will trap you and offer zero assistance afterwards. Be careful of HADASSAH.

Nothing against Verizon bc I just switched and the phone customer service was great but the customer service at this specific store was atrocious. Employee that helped me gave me the worst attitude with any minor inconvenience that happened making me feel extremely uncomfortable.
This other employee when I first got there gave me attitude when I wanted to order the phone rather than pick one there. I was also having issues transferring my phone number. When I told david Evan the account number and didn’t work. He belittled me by grunting under his breath how annoying this was and how we can’t figure it out, told me that can’t be it. When I showed him the bill that showed the account number he shut up. After I left I called Verizon and come to figure out it’s because they put the wrong account number in the first place which is why it was rejecting it.
i felt so uncomfortable with the two employees I worked with but the second employee David was absolutely terrible. Save yourself and go to an actual Verizon store or call over the phone.

I came to this branch to change my phone number. However, the employee tried to sell me products and phones rather than changing my number. He persistently tried to sell me a product. But I refused. Later, instead of changing my phone number, he changed my wife's phone number. I asked for my old number back, they kept me waiting there for hours and then told me they couldn't do it and that I had to go to another branch. They didn't even apologize. Be careful of the lady working there; all she does is drive people away. I will definitely not go there again. If your time is valuable, definitely do not go to this branch. There is a group of incompetent employees who cannot correct the mistakes they made. They directed me to another branch to get me out of there.

Hadassah is a scammer. She lies about cell plans to gain commissions. It’s illegal, disturbing, and plain negligent. She informed me that our plan included international calls that can be made from the United States free of charge. This information made me immediately sign up from the plan. Now I have learned that this information was a lie and I am stuck with a $7000 bill due to her lies.They are very helpful with signing plans feeding you with lies, but when you are stuck with the bill they all disappear. Hadassah has no idea what she is talking about and she will lie, cheat, and use illegal tactics to get a commission. I have only had problems with her from the start. Beware of her!

I wish Verizon went back to the times where they worked with their customers. Now, they just say there is nothing we can do, sorry. It's sad. Moving on to other companies AT&T, T-Mobile, etc. Sad, I've been with Verizon since my teenager days. They don't deserve my business any longer.
