Hana F. was so efficient and proper. She got all of my four family members new iPhones 15 and we were in and out with our new plan and phones. Hana F. upgraded our plans and lowered our monthly while upgrading our plans and she was also training another employee as well. She can highly multitask and serve us in the fastest way possible. Thank you so much for your professionalism as well as your kindness.Again. After a whole month. Hana reached out to make sure our family was highly satisfied …. Which we are. I love that Hana is efficient and respectful but long care as well. Thank you so much for your prompt professionalism.

Junior, Verizon rep, was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was clear in his explanations and pointed out the benefits of the newer phones. We would recommend Junior to any customer.

Needed a new sim card for phone and was in a rush. Ben got me in and out within 10 minutes while also giving me some other good information on my account and upgrade eligibility. Plan to go back in the future.

I just went in to talk about switching services since Verizon is the only cell Provider that works in the WC area. Ryan P. helped me and answered many questions and concerns I had. I was going to wait for Black Friday but Ryan was such a knowledgeable young man and gave me a great deal on my 3 phones all Apple ? and hooked up my discounted subscriptions that I already had but get a better deal by using Verizon. I had a great experience and the service was amazing. Thanks for hooking it ⬆️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This location provides a very bad customer services. They promised a discount on two iPhones if I transfer my lines from another provider. The agent did put the discount code wrong so it ended up me being overcharged. She ignores to tell me about the rebate deadline so it ends up for us to lose $400 which supposed to cover the extra cost of transfer. I went twice and the other agents were not able to help or fix the mistakes the original customer agent did. Avoid this location!

I've bought my last two phones here, and everyone is so helpful and friendly. Today, I stopped in because a weird little virus had started popping up all the time, interrupting web searches and videos. Omar took the time to sort it out for me, and he was so nice about it.I do have a membership at MIT computers, but they weren't open yet.I consider this above and beyond great service. This is by far the friendliest Verizon location in New Tampa.

Tariq was absolutely amazing! This was a very bad day when I lost everything in my phone and he never gave up and made sure I had everything I needed. He made my day so much better. I will always come back and see him for help!!!! Thank you Tariq!!!!

Whoever is managing this store needs to be re-trained on Verizon's policies or let go. It's absolutely appalling the lack of customer service for refusing to fix something this exact store did incorrectly. I called Corporate Verizon to explain the situation, and they also agree the store is in the wrong. I like Verizon, but stay away from this store. Completely unprofessional and everyone I've interacted with there is unhappy it seems.
