Visited this location with my brother (7/25) and encountered a blonde woman in her mid to late twenties... the most obnoxious, rude and uninformed employee I've ever has the displeasure of enduring by farrr. She clearly had some mental issues, but her behavior was just inexcusable... talking to me like I was a complete moron for asking a question... then when I pointed out that the information that she was giving me was incorrect, she just remarked that she hadn't looked over the details yet... it's like... well then don't just make stuff up and pretend like you know what you're talking about while behaving completely repulsive 🤷♂️
...went directly to apple store afterwards, amazing customer service... don't bother with Verizon, especially this one.
They're just disgusting and beyond forgiveness. I hope that woman gets the mental help she needs.

Phenomenal customer service, Mr. Dias was able to get me a near free upgrade, lower my monthly bill, and was even able to help me figure out how to transfer data from one phone to another easy. 10/10
