This Verizon location will definitley wow you with Customer Service. Verizon employee Kit was incredible...She answered all my questions and was very patient as she helped me with multiple issues and assisted with getting two new lines and a new phone for myself. Thanks Kit!

My parents & I went into this Verizon store yesterday after 5pm to upgrade our 3 phones. As soon as we arrived there were two reps there & we were unable to get the two young ladies names because we were never greeted nor did we have the opportunity to speak with them. My parents & I understood they were busy, one of the reps was on the phone looking a little stressed and the other rep was working with someone else. This Verizon l store locations is a fairly small location so after a little over 10 minutes of wandering around looking at the different phone options we just stood there waiting for some sort of greeting or acknowledgment. A simple “sorry we’ll be with you when we can” or any sort of acknowledgment/ customer service would have made us feel more welcome or that we would eventually be assisted. My parents were starting to feel uncomfortable so we decided to take our business & go to another Verizon store in the area on Bruce B Downs and received excellent customer service and assistance. Instead of upgrading 3lines we ended up upgrading all 5 lines on the Verizon business account we have and upgrading the business plan as well. At the end of the day I’m sure those tworeps are kind young women and maybe just had a busy day. But hoping for improvement on customer service so future customers will feel more comfortable doing business in this location.

The experience of the manager and the workers is very bad, they have no ethics when dealing with the client and no good service and when there is a problem they never help to solve it even if they were the ones who made the mistake. They always comment that they cannot open the account in the system and they do not help clients who want to pay for their service. The KIT worker is the worst since she never faces the customer and the manager always yells and is rude to every customer who arrives. I do not recommend this store for absolutely anything, please do not come here because they do everything wrong and when they solve something they never can or worse, they hide in the back like Kit.
