“Highly recommend! I got Axl a same day appointment as a new patient. Everyone was so great! They gave costs up front and didn’t push unnecessary tests or services. We have a new Vet! ?”

“I cannot say enough good things about Planned Pethood Wesley Chapel and the care they gave Aurora. She came to them in extremely poor condition after being found outside, severely underweight and very sick. What followed was a difficult and complicated situation, and this team was extraordinary from beginning to end. Dr. Brainerd was clearly highly capable, thoughtful, and compassionate. He handled a very challenging case with both skill and kindness, and I always felt that Aurora’s best interests were at the center of every decision. Sara, the Senior Technician, was truly exceptional. “Above and beyond” does not begin to describe the level of care she gave Aurora. She took a genuine personal interest in her recovery, was incredibly attentive to every detail, and consistently made me feel that Aurora was in the hands of someone who truly cared about what happened to her. She somehow managed to take care of both Aurora and me through an incredibly stressful few days. Her compassion, knowledge, and dedication were remarkable. Brianna was also wonderful. She cared for Aurora during her subsequent visits and gave her the same kind of attentive, compassionate care that had made me feel so comfortable with the team from the beginning. I never felt that Aurora was simply being passed from one person to another — there was a real sense that everyone involved knew her situation and genuinely wanted to see her recover. What impressed me most was that Aurora never felt like “just another patient.” These people were invested in her. They were compassionate without being unrealistic, thorough without pushing unnecessary care, and incredibly supportive during a very difficult situation. Aurora is finally home, eating, recovering, and comfortable, and I am profoundly grateful to Dr. Brainerd, Sara, Brianna, and the entire Planned Pethood team for helping get her here. I would recommend them without hesitation.”

“I was suggested to come to this place. I’m not from Florida when my baby passed away. I felt so uncomfortable to be honest with you and I was a mess. I looked a hot mess. I brought him in there for them to take his body, and for me to get a memorial for him going these people treated me with love and kindness. They gave me free water or juice. They let me say goodbye to him properly . The whole time I was sitting there wondering if I looked crazy in the lobby crying like that. But to my heartfelt surprise , I got my mail today a week after he passed and they sent me a handwritten card from all the staff there & doctor . Filled with kind words, love , and hope I needed .I am so touched and deeply moved. Honestly it really meant a lot to me and it brought me to tears. I highly suggest going here for the love, empathy, & understanding that a pet parent needs to be strong, supported, and cared about . I will be bringing my next baby in the future here when I have healed and it’s time for a new family member for trusted love and care . I’ve never had so much support and love from any veterinary place before like this . Thank you for everything . I am only going here for as long as I am living in the area from now on . I love you Manny and I miss you .”

“Dr. Thompson was so wonderful with my cat, Nala. After my girl had a strange episode, Dr. Thompson and her team completed a thorough examination and a good amount of tests. They treated Nala and myself, great. The team really looked at for Nala and found out what was wrong with her. I'm relieved to say, she's on her way to getting well. And, thanks to my Optimum Wellness Plan, through Banfield, most everything was covered. I will keep coming back to the Wesley Chapel location!”

“We had a great experience at the Vetco Vaccination Clinic at Petco for my daughter’s cat. The entire process was quick, easy, and very well organized. The staff was friendly, professional, and especially gentle and patient with her cat, which we really appreciated. They made sure we understood everything and handled the vaccinations efficiently without making the visit stressful. The pricing was reasonable, and I love the convenience of being able to take care of routine vaccines right at Petco. Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Vetco for anyone looking for convenient, affordable, and compassionate vaccination services for their pet!”
