“It is so nice to finally find an office where you can tell they are animal people. I have worked at several vets, and have shopped around for my own animals, and it is absurdly rare for vet office workers to truly love animals. The folks at Pebble Creek managed to gain the trust (albeit tentative because of who she is) of my Regina, even as they were giving her shots. I look forward to bringing the rest of my group here!”
“This place was amazing , we did not know what was going on with my cat he suddenly stopped eating, we found pieces of a toy, we rushed him to an animal hospital where we left without any concern addressed and a $1000 bill. I took him to Southpaw the next day and they were not only more affordable but also did way lot more testing, and give me the answers and the protocolo to make him feel better they treat Conrad ? with compassion and kindness. And it was a relief to find them . I will be back here if anything else happens to him”

“I originally left a 1-star review after a frustrating walk-in experience where wait times were significantly longer than estimated and communication at the front desk fell short.
However, the practice manager, Shannon, personally reached out to me to address my concerns. She was empathetic, took full responsibility for the breakdown in communication, and helped me schedule a dedicated appointment.
When I returned for the actual appointment, the experience was different. We were brought back in an hour. the care my Coco received was excellent, and the staff was attentive and professional. Thank you 😊”

“We were recommended to Ehrlich Animal Hospital by a friend, and we are so thankful that she referred us! We called on a Friday and they fit us in on Saturday for an emergency with our dog. They had to do surgery and they took such good care of him, so we will be using them for both of our dogs and all of our veterinary needs! We live about 40 minutes away and they are worth the drive!”
“My normal vet has not been answering or scheduling. I looked up Sunshine in hopes I could get my non socialized, anxiety ridden dog in for treatment asap. They had open availability the next day and everyday after that!!! Amazing! Cailee handled my baby extremely well. He is normally all bite. She took her time with him and was able to examine and treat him with minimal discomfort and stress. Took her time explaining and asking questions about Pop Pop. Front desk ladies were polite and friendly as well. He was also in need of his nails trimmed. They had a FREE pedi with health check. 10/10.”
“I was referred to Gulf Coast Vets for a surgery on my dog that my regular vet no longer performs & this office was so amazing. Dr. Hamilton is wonderful, personable & knowledgeable. This office truly loves & cares for your pet. He performed a luxating patella surgery on my dog & it was a big deal but Dr. Hamilton was awesome & my dogs leg is like brand new. “We have taken both our dog and cat to North Bay Animal Hospital for nearly 5 years and have always had great experiences, but recently I have been even more impressed! This weekend my cat had an emergency, and despite having a busy schedule, Dr. Cash managed to fit her in promptly to be evaluated and took incredible care of her. Later in the week, she came in for a scheduled dental cleaning and the entire staff of doctors and techs took such great care of her and made her feel so comfortable. I am so appreciative of the care they provide to our pets!”

During my rabbit’s consultation for his neuter, the vet spent considerable time evaluating his teeth and bite and talking through potential concerns rather than simply focusing on the procedure itself. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive she was.
She did a phenomenal job with his surgery and called afterward to explain everything she found, what she addressed, and how we can best monitor his dental health going forward. That level of care and communication meant a lot to me.

“Yesterday was one of the most terrifying days of my life. Ted arrived at Circle of Life Animal Hospital with a temperature of 106.5, possibly from heatstroke. He was barely hanging on, and I truly believed I was about to lose him.
Lisa and her incredible team did not waste a single second. They moved with urgency, compassion, and determination, treating Ted as if he were their own. Because of them, I was able to bring my baby home instead of saying goodbye.
There are no words that could ever fully express how grateful I am. Lisa and her team didn’t just treat Ted—they saved his life and gave me more precious time with someone I love so deeply.
