Why do i have to wait 40 minutes for a prescription? Because they closed all windows inside... this is absolutely absurd i wanted to make a quick stop since i'm recovering from surgery and picking up meds for that surgery just to wait in pain. I am livid. terrible experience i am going to change my pharmacy. y'all need to do better and open all your lines up on the inside, some of us don't have all the time in the world to wait. 0/10 recommend.

There service is a clear indication not only do they have no regard for customers but lie as well. My girlfriend has been seeing the same doctor as well as getting the same scripts since 2006. Today seen the doctor,took scripts to Walgreens,,, received 2 texts say meds were ready for pickup but when she went to pick them up ,not only treated bad ,but also told she could not get them till Monday .this happen all the time. A older guy was told the same think today but argue with the pharmacy and they told him it was his lucky day so instead of coming back Monday, he was going to get it today, Walgreens news flash it's up to the doctor not your store you been screwing with my girlfriend for mouths,,let's see how you will lie when you land on the 6 o clock new ,,,by the way the only reason you got one star, the only way I was allow to post a review

Do not trust this location with your camera I’ve put 19 disposable cameras which are not even made anymore that had over 20 years of memories I put them in all at one time to be developed I left my phone number because there was a big order when I came back they told me to wait a while I waited 30 days and came back and they told me they threw away my pictures three weeks prior I am devastated I will never shop here again I’ve tried calling corporate office because I really want my memories back I did not save 19 disposable cameras to return to the Walgreens on flat Shoals and Wesley Chapel to get the response we threw them away three weeks ago we tried to call you which is a lie because as bad as I wanted my pictures I would’ve been there in seconds

Do not get your prescriptions here unless you have an hour to wait in line to get it. Doesn't matter if you go in or wait in the drive through it will take forever and a day they have people there but they are just standing around not helping with one guy bouncing between the car and in person lines. Completely unprofessional and honestly horrendous service you need to fix this.

Good customer care but the price was over $5 bucks hgher than the UPS on the passport photo. Passport Agency demands a perfect picture or they will rejct it costing an addittional postage.

It’s impossible to get through to the pharmacist. I’ve been holding on for 10 minutes now and when someone answers they say please hold!!!!??I’m just as important as the person in the drive through and inside the pharmacy. This is ridiculous. After this call I’m taking my business elsewhere.

If you have a prescription sent to them, make sure you KNOW you want the prescription sent to them before anything else. Literally had a doctor send to them as a back up (and even called the pharmacy to tell them I don't think I want to pick it up until I checked elsewhere since it was a $68 co-pay, even asking them how much it was as they will not tell you the price unless you ask or are AT the register) and what happened?I found out that it was a SPECIAL order, they were REFUSING to let me cancel the order, even though it took until TODAY to get a response from another pharmacy I go to. (even though I SAID I didn't want to order it yet, I can get my prescriptions for free at a military base but have to drive almost an hour to there with tolls, not to mention the medication was on backorder for months everywhere too due to having COVID medication ingredients in it, so it was out of stock everywhere)NOT TO MENTION?When I tried talking with the fill-in pharmacy head for the day (name is Michelle, as I did get her name) after telling her that I don't think they can legally hold me accountable for something I refuse to pick up (she told me I had to pick up the rX for $68 or the insurance will not cover it and it would cost over $9,000), she also LITERALLY started raising her voice saying "YES SIR" repeatedly 10+ times, having me to go so far as to put my dad on the phone as he can control the conversations more... (I was honestly shocked at their tantrum on the phone) and she refused to speak with him at first too, because "you can't give permission for me to speak with him, I must speak with you" which then had me go into saying "well I'll just put it on speaker phone then" so she could technically still have me on the phone, while also him too.Either way, worst PR service I had ever experienced anywhere, acting like a child when I refused to pick something up I did not want to pick up. (and still have no idea if the other pharmacy can even order the medication yet as I remember I had to tell Walgreens to cancel a prescription before the other pharmacy could get the medication)

The pharmacy here is the WORST. When my Mom's hospice nurse was trying to get a refill on pain medicine, she was told to 'wait in line' like everyone else (even though the nurse made sure the order from the doctor came through one hour prior) and they would not expedite the order even though my Mom's nurse told her (the manager) that my Mom fell into excruciating pain. They were so rude and terrible! I will NEVER go there again. If I could give them a minus 5 stars, I would.

I had an appointment for a vaccine this morning and had one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL experiences as a consumer. Walgreens pharmacy was a true cluster. I made an appointment for my vaccine and arrived early. Was waiting for the appointment when a "Karen" went up to the counter and stated she had an appointment later in the morning but could not make it..can they work her in. She was worked in, in front of me. I go to the counter and ask this young girl who was registering me the ETA on my appointment, as I too have a job and as a professional made an appointment. The girl was very cheeky and explained how the woman and I had appointments at the same time .... which was a LIE. She then self corrected when I told her I had been there and witnessed the interaction. She replied that she just got there--no kidding?? She went on to explain how though my appointment was at 9, it takes time to mix the vials and do the paperwork. (We are now 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment - spare me your rambling - just say you messed up) Now, this is the same girl that said the lady and I had the appointment at the same time, right? She also had me complete paperwork that I completed online telling me this was different paperwork. Wrong again. So, when I do go back to the patient room, which is approximately 5 X 5, the administrator of the vaccine had NO MASK! OMG, I looked up and was in such shock that I could not even react and get myself away from her. UNBELIEVABLE FOR A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. Yes, I have had my COVID vaccine but can you please read about transmission??? I feel this is the first time since the pandemic that I have had a full on possible exposure and it was by the WALGREENS PHARMACY PERSONNEL!! Yes, I have high expectations for myself and my other colleagues in the health care industry. WE CAN DO BETTER.

The store seems unorganized, and there were no employees available to ask while I looked for my item. After finally finding it, I went to the one and only register they have. The cashier took his time ringing up the 2 small bags of items for the customer in front of me, then asked her to sign up (more like insisted) for the discount card. SLOWLY he entered everything in while I stood with my ONE ITEM. This place is at a prime location but is outdated, understaffed, and needs self checkout if they're going to be this slow.

Worse staff they are quite unhelpful. I literally load money on prepaid cards at every surrounding Walgreens they proceed to tell me they can't do it from my digital card someone please train them on manners instead of lieing saying THEY DONT DO IT.
