I don’t usually leave reviews, but Juan in the pharmacy earned this one. I called to refill a prescription from another Walgreens, and he told me it couldn’t be done because it was “already being processed at the other location.” What he didn’t know is that I had just gotten off the phone with that other Walgreens, and they had already released the medication. Oops.
When I pressed him on it, he suddenly remembered he could refill it—but only if I was patient. (Apparently, pharmacy magic only works when you pass the test of endurance.)
And just to top it off, when I asked for his name, he gave it... and then immediately hung up. Juan, buddy, if you're going to ghost a customer, at least wait until after the prescription is filled.
Needless to say, I won’t be transferring my prescriptions or doing any business at this location. Walgreens, do better.

Stayed in the drive-through for over 45 minutes for them to tell me that I had to go inside that there was only two people in front of me. I get in there. There’s a line full. I waited there for 15 minutes and then I left

Had 5 prescriptions sent in for HEART purposes. The pharmacy sent 3 of them to ORLANDO to get filled. REALLY? Why even have a pharmacy in this place?!

Pharmacy is terrible 2 days for simple meds. Long lines ( maybe don't close for lunch) messy Pharmacy not neat at all. Go across the street to publix. They are excellent

staff here is incredibly rude for no reason. youd think you were hustling them for drugs the way they speak to you. never willing to cooperate or accommodate their customers in any way. literally hung up on me while i was talking?? better off picking a further pharmacy, holy cow.

I have used this pharmacy before and then I quit using them. Now I remember why. Just read the reviews on this place. They are absolutely terrible. Bad service and bad attitude. I will have to change pharmacies after I try to use it one more time. I don't look forward to this at all. I know that I am going to get a hard time. They are the type of pharmacists that think that they know more than your doctor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE. You will save yourself a lot of agitation and headaches. You will leave sicker then when you went in. Who needs that. So please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I don't care if you have to go to Europe or China. Anywhere but here!!!

The only reason I’m giving them a two is because the employees were so kind. However, I waited 30 minutes in line to find out that they restocked my script because they looked at the wrong date. I finally got my script 55 minutes later. Who has this kind of time?!?!

Store itself is always easy to get in and out. The pharmacy is by far the slowest and understaffed pharmacy around. Always takes about an hour of waiting in line.
