Darron, Jacob and another worker working on 3/1/24 at night were so helpful! I bought chapstick, and they helped me find it & were super friendly and helpful! Then, I lost my phone and they were all kind enough to let me use their phone to call it & they eventually found it. They were all so awesome about it and I appreciate how kind & helpful they were!

I got treated bad when I came to pick up my medicine at the Pharmacy and I see why this place is rated 2.5/5. I didn't know what the address was on the medicine, so the employee gave me a rude look and didn't tell me what the address was on the medicine to confirm it because I didn't know. I never had a experience like this in my life and is my first 1 star review. I'm a nice guy and I hate giving out 1 star reviews, but this one finally did the trick and it deserved to get a 1 star review because how rude they are

I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. My doctor called in a script, 24 hours later when I went to pick it up, they never processed it after waiting in line for 55 minutes. Anytime I ever pick up a script from this pharmacy I always wait over 45 minutes.

I went to fast track and they sent 4 medications to pick up and they only gave me 2. They didn't say that 2 more were missing and when I was on the way to my house I realized I called and told them that since they don't say that more medications were missing and that one was over counter. Very annoying

Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. I rarely write reviews, but I've had many bad experiences. On multiple occasions, I've tried to get my prescription and they have experienced problems. This week they told me my meds were ready via telephone and text. Once there, after waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru, they didn't have my meds. They asked what I needed, I told them and later the same day my wife picked them up. Once home, I found they gave me the wrong prescription. I called the next day and they had the audacity to tell me I had made a mistake ordering the refill. The medication they gave me was an old prescription. I don't understand how they made this mistake. So, today at around 4:00, I went again to get my medication after the pharmacist told me it would be ready by 12:00 and after receiving a text. I made a 4 car line in the drive thru. It took 47 minutes to reach the attendant. Why??? I have no clue. The attendant said, she had nothing for me. She asked what I was needing, I told her and she said it wold be ready tomorrow after 5:00 in the afternoon. How is this place still open? The only reason we use this pharmacy is because it's close to our home. We will be making some changes in the near future.

The female day-shift pharmacist is condescending and will likely speak to you as though you're a child.I realize you're a pharmacist and that's such a big deal. All that putting tablets in a bottle with a putty knife, how utterly impressive. I guess assisting us peon commoners (non-pharmacy customers) is so far beneath someone of your stature. A thousand pardons.

Called to verify prescription was received and they told me it will be ready for pick up drive to the store and they say it will be ready tomorrow so I ask for it to be filled she says it will be 5 minutes so I'm in drive through they want to call police because I wouldn't move up I ask if it's only 5 minutes wh ycan't I wait they threaten to not fill the script what kind of customer service is that to pick up a kids asthma inhaler, really SMH

Some of the staff at this location are incompetent. There are just a select few that aren’t incompetent. I noticed a lot of incompetent people down here in Florida since moving here from the Midwest so I guess it’s not just Walgreens.
