Ordered from Walmart Wesley Chapel.Recently got out of hospital.5'8" now weigh 101 lbs.hospital gave me ensure.ordered over $35 for 24 ensure.SUPPOSED to be here by end of day Sunday.left Lakeland at 2:28 am Sunday.never arrived.By Monday morning it is delayed.still delayed Tuesday.went to Winn Dixie and picked up 6 until HOPEFULLY my 24 pack at $35 arrives SOMEDAY by way of CHINA.thank you Walmart Wesley Chapel Florida for the speedy service.woohoo.well,2 hours after my review my ensure shows up.thank you walmart.thank you yelp.they restored my faith in humanity.

I usually don't write reviews; however, I am so disappointed and outraged that this is the only thing I can do to let everyone know. I placed a Walmart+ home delivery order on Monday, the order was delayed and after not receiving it for an entire day it was cancelled by Walmart. Since I needed the groceries, I placed the same order again, the delivery was scheduled for the afternoon, however, I was notified that the order was delayed again, I was told it would be two hours delayed. Unfortunately, 24 hours later I am still waiting on the delayed order, Walmart charged my account twice, for the order they cancelled and for the replacement order that I still don't have. I was told by my bank that it would take 3-4 business days to clear the hold on my account. So, they took about $300 out of my account, Walmart is working with my money, I still don't have my groceries and the worst part is NONE at the store associates are answering the phone. I have been calling for days, I think I made over 100 calls and none of them have been answered by any of the Walmart associates. This is the lowest low for Walmart and I will be happy to cancel my Walmart+ membership and request full refund. In all honesty, when ordering groceries, one should not be charged until the order has been delivered to the customer. My next step is to walk into the store and see the store manager, if he or she shows no interest than I will be escalating to corporate.

Felt super uncomfortable in the store. Almost all associates were standoffish or argumentative. On my way out other guests were told have a nice day and I was told "see you later" in an almost threatening/mocking tone. I will definitely be avoiding this Walmart in the future

Purchased large outdoor furniture set, waited 15 min for help and called customer service 2x from my phone, no answer and hung up on. Had to push the box all the way to self checkout (not a small box and no carts would hold it) because nobody works here. Finally after getting the front I see the manager who I had to scream in order to get her attention. She tells me they might be able to help and leaves I just push it the rest of the way to self checkout, while people are staring at me in disbelief.Check out and push it to the main door, the only guy to help is the doorman who then gets yelled by the manger for walking 20ft from the door to help me put it in my truck. I had no kind words for that manager, this is exactly why Walmart gets bad press. People should not have to wait for hours to get help.

Honestly, I do not shop at Walmart. But this Walmart... a real show stopper! We. have been here now four or five since the move and every time we go I never have a complaint (and I complain a lot lol)!They have a heath facility in there with full service eye doctors, pediatricians, physicians, check ups, etc. We visited the area and they even gave us a free hearing and eye exam! The lines are not tremendously long when you need to check out, it's not packed, and it super clean, you can actually find things! Customer service is very kind and respectful. If you need to go on a stress-free Walmart run, go here !

They never have mediums or larges here in clothing because everyone buys them up and they don't restock or anticipate that quota I guess. Employees aren't really willing to go in the back and check for them, because they work at Walmart and already feel too pressed with their workload as is it seems. Not the most unfriendly staff, but only a few go above and beyond to try and help you. Wish I could give this place my money and shop here, but every time I come it's the same thing. Make that money, Walmart. Restock your popular sizes. Get that profit up. Emphasize customer service or y'all will always be looked at as the second-rate Target. I said what everyone is thinking I say good day.

Went to electronics and bought a new pair of AirPod Pro Gen 2. While I was passing through. What I received were knock offs. I didn't realize till 2 days after when I tried to use noise canceling and they didn't work. Had one of my friends who is an apple trader and he called them out instantly. Very convincing case and packing but there are a lot of problems now looking at then

I have never experienced any issues at this location since I moved to Wesley Chapel. 99% of the time l, I always find what I am looking for and it is rare for them not to have something in stock. I always go to the self check out line, which is usually empty everytime I am there in the mornings.

Horrible horrible horrible . I am in management and I would never run my business nor would my employers ever allow their business to be handled so poorly . I understand chain stores but this is ridiculous . I came to the store on a Monday evening at 7:30 at night to find 2 registers open backed up into the clothes and self check out going into the produce section. i also mention I went to get my child school supplies one week after school has started to find nothing on the shelves of what she needed ummm some kids get their supply list once school start can't believe this store . I sit here in one of 2 registers they have open where I have been for the past 30 mins as I right this review and the people behind me have now been told the cashier is closing her line so they have waited in this line and now have to wait once again . I think the manager of this store needs to taught how to manage again and his team members need to be shown how to really make a successful business . This is a disgrace I spend more then enough money here weekly just like I'm sure so many others do Walmart can afford to invest because this is a horrible way to run a big corporation . I'm embarrassed as a fellow manager in corporate America

ORDER AND CHOSE A PICK UP TIME ONLINE HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! I ordered Monday afternoon for a pick up on Tuesday afternoon. Got text-don't go to the store yet about 1 hour before pickup time. Got info from a worker, machines down and it might not be til late in the evening. Got text about 3 hours later ready to pick up. Workers were not in a hurry to get stuff out to customers. We sat for 30 minutes, as they joked around with baskets out in the sun, and laughing and talking as people waiting. BAD FOR BUSINESS. DONT GO HERE
