I ordered food this morning and was highly disappointed! I ordered half mashed potatoes and half Mac n cheese. When I was paying they said it was too early for mashed potatoes and only had Mac n cheese. I asked for a little ranch and they drenched it in ranch sauce. Then I paid over $4 for a small meatball and I open it to find only 2. They must be Amazing Meatballs to cost over $2 a piece. What a ripoff! Avoid ordering food at this one at all costs!

This place is always a mess outside and just lets the homeless hang out in the outside seating area all day and night. They leave their trash everywhere and if they don’t move the ashtray next to the seating they just leave their cigarette butts on the ground. You can’t sit outside with your family because all they do is sit there smoke and swear. Not a good place to sit outside and enjoy food or drink.

Wawa at Its Best
This Wawa location is always buzzing with activity—and for good reason. Conveniently located right off I-75, and nestled between a Chick-fil-A and a car wash, it's in one of the busiest spots in Wesley Chapel. Whether it's morning commuters fueling up or people grabbing lunch on the go, this place stays packed.
Despite how busy it gets, the service is consistently great. The staff moves with speed and purpose, and they manage the crowds really well. I’ve never waited long for gas, food, or coffee. The store is always well-stocked and clean, which is impressive given how much foot traffic it gets.
Parking can be a bit hectic during peak times, but that’s expected in a plaza with high-volume businesses side by side. Once inside, though, the efficiency and friendliness of the team make it worth it.
Overall, this Wawa is a solid stop whether you need gas, a fresh sandwich, or just a reliable convenience store with excellent service. Busy? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely.

This is not usually the case, but the lady who made my food an hour ago was polite AND the sandwich ingredients were evenly distributed and neatly packed in my sub, moreso than I had ever seen before. The sauce didn't flow out of the bottom while I ate. The spinniach didn't fall out everywhere. It was beautiful. Wish I saw the mysterious sandwich artist's name.

Stopped in during the night, and the 50 year old virgin working the food station needs to figure out his life or something because he should not have a piss poor attitude like that to just everyone. I get it, you’re old and have no other means to work anywhere else bc your life is horrible but at least try a bit. Thankful the young man and woman were helpful.

Poor customer service. The guy working in the food part had a piss poor attitude. Rude to customers, foul language, came out in the store talking to another employee using foul language about other employees. He went back behind counter talking about customers and how he don’t like people standing waiting on food and he just won’t give them their food if he don’t want to. Very loud and obnoxious. Everyone could hear him being loud and talking about customers. Not sure his name. He may have been a manager. Older guy with short hair tonight 1/28/24 at 1:40am. Plus burnt our food and had to wait to fix again. Then forgot part of food. Had to wait to wait again… Ridiculous…
