  I went to withdraw money from my account and teller (named Justin from the Wesley Chapel area Bruce B Downs Wells fargo) miss counted my money. By the time I went home and realized I was shorted $300, I called customer services to notify them since the actual bank was closed already. They said they would look into it and get back with me. I waited a few days and no one got back to me. I called the Bank on Bruce B Downs Blvd in Wesley Chapel and talked to the manager. She stated there was nothing they could do since it had been a few days and the moment I walked out of the bank with my withdraw there would have been nothing they could do since I had left already. To me this is bullshit and Wells Fargo on Bruce B Downs stole $300 of my dollars! I will never go to that bank again.

  Head teller Patti still sux. How does this female still have a job? The other tellers pull the load and are always very busy, the exact opposite of Patti. As in the he past, Jerome is the man to see for all other banking. If busy, make an appointment to see him when an opening is available.
