Strongly suggest using a different laundry mat.Attendant is rude and acts like every customer is putting her out by asking anything about the place. Restrooms are supposedly out of order but seem to work fine when she needed to use it. They also do NOT believe in a/c so the dryers make this place feel like a jungle summer. For all those this place is super clean reviews there are some pics.

One of the cleanest and best maintained laundry mats I’ve seen, all machines functioned during my visit. Attendee was kinda rude to guests and didn’t seem to care for others, I know that people want to go home on time but she was unnecessarily callous, having turned all lights off before guests had left, before even the official closing of the store at 8:00 when guests should leave. She was vacuuming before closing which isn’t the negative remark, but she looped the extension cord around a guest and yanked it, nearly tripping him and didn’t apologize or even say a word. Machines are a little costly however they are maintained, but the dryer I used did seem to reek of marijuana, don’t know if it’s a smell that can be removed or was just built up in the days lint. Washers only take Dollar coins so bring cash not quarters as they will not exchange, but do have a cash to coins, I had to go to a next door business to convert my quarters to cash, then go back and convert to Dollar coins.

We have been going several times and it is a shame to pay so much and the machines are dirty inside, sometimes the clothes do not come out smelling fresh even when using good products. There is also a bit of dirt in the place. It is a shame because you can tell that many people use the service

This is among the best laundromats I've ever seen. Last time I was there, I happened to meet the couple who own it and I was genuinely impressed. After seeing first-hand how extremely thoroughly they cleaned every inch of the place, I actually thought to myself "I so wish they owned a local restaurant instead of a laundromat!!" If they did, we might never eat at home again, since it's so hard to find truly clean restaurants anymore. Plus, one has to respect business owners who do the less glamorous parts of the job themselves. I only go to a laundromat occasionally to wash rugs that require industrial machines, but I now know there's no reason to even consider a different laundromat when I do go. The rest of my review is an amendment, since I only looked at some other reviews after writing mine. Sadly, there are a few bad reviews over what really seem to be ridiculous things. Not saying hello to every person in the laundromat isn't a legitimate basis for a scathing complaint designed to hurt someone's business. It's a laundromat, not a social club. Also, it simply makes no sense to spend an extra $5 on gas to save 50 cents at a less convenient laundromat. Perhaps this business isn't really gouging anyone, and is simply charging what's required to pay higher rent than in far worse shopping centers with filthy laundromats where half the machines don't work and you go home with bugs in your clothes. My original review focused on cleanliness because I was initially impressed by that. However, the main reasons we'll only go here is because I'd rather spend an extra dollar to go someplace nearby with lots of quality machines, available in a good range of sizes, and that are kept in good working condition. Plus, especially for when my wife goes alone, I'm also far more comfortable with the safety and cleanliness here than at most laundromats. Thank you for serving our community well. We're glad to be patrons of a well-run small business and will certainly continue, despite whatever small mistakes might be made (if any of the ones claimed were even legitimate).

Today I went in with my mother and the owners came in didn't say hello to anyone and started cleaning. Then a lady came up to my mother about her why she has her basket in their basket carrier. Keep in my mother is a older lady who was just sitting down waiting for her material. There was only 4 people in the building just getting stuff done. Lady was so passive aggressive and later on asking everyone to rate their location a 5 star... But didn't say hello to anyone and was cleaning in people way to head out. Poor business owners! Good location but poor business owners.

I dropped by this laundromat to wash a big thick comforter that doesn't fit in my own washer. I'd never been here before so I wasn't sure what to expect or how things worked. I read other reviews that the place was clean, so I thought I'd give it a shot as it's close to my house. Upon entering, it did appear clean with newer machines that seemed to be all in good working condition. Some of the machines are bigger to hold bigger loads, and those I found out are more expensive to use. The washer I used did a good job of washing my quilt for the most part. Speaking of prices, price of drying is posted on laminated papers, but the price of washing is not. Each machine has the price shown, but shown weirdly. For example, the machine I picked had 1000 on it. Not $10, but one thousand. Confusing for a newbie but okay. I'll add there was not an attendant when we arrived. I was there for about 45 minutes before an attendant made herself visible. So I figured this all out on my own, or with the help of regulars. I also learned from other patrons that the machines don't take cards, only COINS. And the washers only take $1 coins. There's a coin vending machine, but if you didn't bring cash, you'll need to go to the atm as one is not provided. In that case you'll walk to the opposite end of the strip mall to the bar to that atm where you'll be charged $3.50 fees for cash. Or prepare and have cash when you arrive. This being my first time I had no idea. Also not good customer service to have this set up. Not convenient. I ended up paying $10 to wash my blanket (expensive), $1.25 to dry for 32 minutes, then took it home to dry the rest of the way. I will say for as large as my comfort is, it's impressive how dry the machine got it in 32 minutes. With the price you pay to wash it should be free though. There's not much seating, and what little seating there is, it's uncomfortable. There's a vending machine with snacks and soda as well as laundering items for sale. When we were there, the bathroom was out of order. So no bathroom. Good thing I saw the sign before walking all the way to the bar for cash. I used the bar restroom. Thank God they're gracious to allow someone else's customers to use their cash machine and restroom. There's one TV that was set to daytime TV. I read a book instead. For as rare as I need a laundromat, I may try other places in the future. I have nothing to compare it to as I've not used others in the area. They get 2 stars for cleanliness and reliable machines. The rest is no bueno.

Good place to do laundry. Been here a few times. A little higher priced than others but never too busy. My washer was a little dirty on the window… I didn’t notice until the machine was locked…Know that washers ONLY take dollar coins and they don’t break 20s or 100s.

Just went here for the 1st time. And I walked out !!! $5.00 and only dollar coins Zhills laundry mat is cheaper at 3.50 and more choices this is crazy I’ll drive out there before I ever go back to this place and no one there to help out with anything. Never heard of laundry pats that’s don’t take quarters really

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED! They rack the prices up because they know they are in a more wealthy area and that’s not right! 4.00 dollars to dry one load of towels and two dollars to dry one small small load of white clothes is INSANE! Per one dollar you get 16 mins to dry!!! Anywhere I ever been it’s minutes by the quarter not the dollar!! First and last time I go there

Plenty of washers and dryers. Reasonable too! I can't remember what the name of it was...but the Japanese restaurant that's like 3 stores down has great food!

Super expensive for a laundry. Apparently they don't get much client and try to get their money out the little people who show. $5 for a double load when majority places is $3.75. Not only expensive te machine doesn't allowed you to choose the type of wash u want. Example, if heavy soil hot water doesn't let you perhaps to safe money who knows. Place is clean that's all. Dryers are a dollar instead of .25 to add time. Change money forces you to have dollar coins not quarters

Plenty of washing machines, but only 2 large dryers. One person used both of these 2 dry regular laubdry and then put enough money in to dry for an hour. Since we had a king bedspread & didn't want to wait an hour we left.

I have been to a couple laundromats but this one by far is the best one hands down. I also had the pleasure to speak to the owner as she is amazing. You can tell that the owners care for the place.
