Worst insurance company EVER! Will not work with you on payments, I had my credit card stolen & could not make my payment on time & asked for a 3 day extension until my new card came in the mail & was told they didn’t do extensions & I would just have to pay my payment plus an extra renewal fee to get it reestablished! And if you are ever in an accident good luck trying to reach the adjuster assigned to you, because nobody ever picks up a phone or returns a phone call there! It took them 5 months just to get me paperwork to give to the auto body shop! If you are smart you will definitely be going to another insurance company. I will definitely be doing the same!

Scammers! Beware and Stay away!I simply requested a quote, and to my surprise, they proceeded to initiate insurance coverage without my consent. Natalie Thomas informed me that a signed document was necessary to provide the quote, and trusting their word, I went ahead and signed it. Being from another country and unfamiliar with the process of obtaining insurance quotes and proof, I felt compelled to comply.I own a vacation car that I only use when I visit the States, so I needed a quote to start my insurance. However, when they finally presented their prices, I was shocked by how exorbitant they were. As a non-American, I knew it wasn't fair, but I reluctantly accepted it. Nevertheless, the very next day, I contacted them to cancel the insurance, hoping for a full refund. Unfortunately, they refused to return the full amount and imposed additional fees on me!! despite my attempts to show them screenshots of my initial request for a quote only. They completely disregarded me and engaged in deceptive practices.I urge all my dear friends to stay away from these dishonest individuals to avoid falling victim to their scams!

Trying to get in touch with someone because our vehicle got hit by someone who has this insurance and nobody gets in touch with us or return our phone calls. They say they will send us a link to send our pictures of damage too, yet they never send a link. Horrible to get someone to respond to calls.
