Matthew was wonderful. First time going there as I’m new to the area. He took his time and even sort of down sold me what I asked for in the beginning because he knew it wouldn’t look great w my nail length. He soaked and cut my cuticles and was very gentle. Highly recommend.

I brought two of my friends there this morning. One had had a bad experience already but I was raving about how great they were so she was giving them another chance. The front door was unlocked and the open sign was on. We go inside. Lights are off. We waited for 20 min til someone showed up. That was fine. Things happen and someone forgot to lock up. No biggie. We sit in the chairs as asked by the tech. I am in the middle. They start working on my friends. We all order one of the more expensive pedicures. My tech arrives and as he is sliding the chair back so I don't have my legs bent the whole time he says “we meed bigger chairs”. I asked him if he meant longer chairs. He says “Nevermind” and he walks off. When he gets back I asked him what he meant. His response was “wider chairs for big people”. I stopped my pedicure right then and there. My two friends also stopped theirs. The other techs were trying to say he meant nothing by it but oh nooo he did. Yes I am a bigger woman but I was totally comfortable in the chair and my sides didnt even touch the sides of the chair. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Love love my nails, definitely will be my go to salon in the Palm Bay Area. Their customer service made me feel at home, the cleanliness of the salon and the quality of services are A++

Had my nails done by Tyson. He’s amazing! I had a manicure with gel polish. They look beautiful. I highly recommend this young gentleman. He’s very knowledgeable and will help you decide on a best fit for you and your nails.!

I waited 20-30 minutes to get someone to do my nails which wasn’t the problem because they told me. The guy took off the previous color and filed my nails, and then left for 20-30 minutes without telling me where he was going to work on another customer who was already being serviced. I ended up leaving without even getting my nails done. The man who was supposed to do my nails never even apologized and the manager did not offer any compensation. I will never be going back.
Heidi did my moms nails and did an amazing job. She apologized and even offered compensation to finish my nails for free. Although we did not take her up on that offer because we did not want her to get in trouble.

My daughter and I went for pedicures. We waited a bit longer than expected but that was fine. My pedicure started first. Then a guy came to start my daughter’s pedicure and after maybe 5 minutes into the pedicure another worker asked him for help. He got up with no explanation and continued to work on another customer’s nails for at least 20-30 minutes. It was totally unacceptable. He didn’t even apologize. He was seen vaping in the back.
Heidi was doing my pedicure and she did a great job and was very sorry and even offered to finish my daughter’s pedicure. The manager said sorry after he realized we were upset but did not offer anything to us. Heidi gets five stars but our experience with the others would be zero starts but that is not an option.

Keturah was amazing! Talk about attention to detail. Still after two weeks my toes are perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Keturah did an excellent job! I wanted turquoise nails with some glitter on two nails for an upcoming trip to a Dolphins game. She did an outstanding job! Keturah is super personable too. Thank you Keturah!!

The nail tech did a very good base before the nails and it was basically perfect. My right hand came out great but I don’t know why the French is so messed up on the left. He already cured it with the French being messed up on my L middle and index and I didn’t want him to start all over so I decided to just accept it as what it is. They prep well I just wouldn’t recommend getting any designs because of the inconsistency.

Best nail salon in Melbourne/Palm Bay.
I usually see Tighson and he is wonderful...he's friendly, funny and my nails always look so much better when he's done!
Last time I was there ViVi did my nails and she was great. She's talkative and added flowers freehand. They looked beautiful and I got lots of compliments on the embellishment. Glad I opted to get this done for a special occasion.
Highly recommend this salon and especially these two techs.

Worst eyebrow job ever do not go here. Left swollen and in pain. And she tried to over charge me also. Ask the price before so they can’t rip you off. Nice try thieves
