Everyone was very nice here. But the wait time during lunch hour is outrageous. Completely outrageous. They should just build in a lunch hour into their schedule and not schedule any appointments. Instead of scheduling people during lunch hour and then not having anyone to work with those customers. I had a 12:10 pm appointment. It's 1:47 pm and I'm still waiting. I'm not even getting glasses. I just get my prescription here and buy my glasses somewhere else. I even opted out of the contact lens exam because I don't wear contacts. And I have still been here for an hour and 37 minutes. And I'm not even done. I spent a total of 7 minutes with the actual employees and the rest of time I've been just sitting and waiting. Several people have eaten lunch since I've been here because I can smell the food. But I'm still waiting and I do not understand why. Just cannot make this make sense. It is just not efficient. And it's crazy because all of the ones star reviews talk about the wait time during lunch. So.. maybe idk.. fix this?Also, since I've been sitting here, I have heard these employees apologize probably 6 or 7 times because the glasses are so expensive by the time the customer gets to check out. It's actually kind of sad, it's almost like they're running a scam or something. This girl just said "We're giving you free lenses".... Honey... The lenses aren't free when the frames are $120 and every other thing is extra. More money for blue light, more money for scratch resistant. Very sad because it's mostly old people falling for this two pairs of glasses for $79.99 scam. They just don't understand the internet so.... They end up being victims of these kind of organizations. Very very sad.

Dr Estrada and staff are a delight! Natalie was so patient, especially considering I basically tried on every single pair of glasses. She was honest and helped me find the two best options. When I asked if I could have my glasses shipped to the store that’s closer to my home, she actually offered to drive them to that store herself once they arrived. I was considering switching to the closer AB, but the awesome staff at this one is worth the drive! A+++

Optometrist was great. The rest of the staff there are pleasant. BUT don't expect them to get much right. And never go there after lunch. From 1-3 pm, it seems the optometrists all go to lunch - for 2 hours!!! And the rest of the staff seem to go to sleep! I stood around for nearly half an hour after the optometrist wrote my prescription and took me out to the area where you pick your glasses out and sit with one of the staff to finalize your purchase. She said someone would be with me in five minutes. NOT!! I had staff there walk right past me numerous times as if I were invisible. I left and came back hours later. Then the staff member had me sit down, we went to the wall of glasses where I had already picked out my frames, took the frames back to her workspace, watched her write down the proper numbers (she even commented how great looking the Nike Lynx sunglasses in gray were!), and then she proceeded to order my sunglasses in the wrong frame!! When I picked them up today (after going there the day before to pick them up, only to be told that I couldn't pick them up between 1 and 3pm - apparently Florida law prevents you from picking up glasses without an optometrist being there - remember, they're at lunch for 2 hours every day, and the phone call and the text message I got notifying me that my glasses were ready made no mention of the 2 hour lunch hour) and took them home, I realized that I got two pairs of glasses in the same frame - NOT what I had ordered, but what a staff member had erroneously ordered for me. Great job!!I spent 20 years as a Director of a Science Center, supervised hundreds of scientists, and I've long known, that one's staff is only as good as the person in charge. Obviously, the person in charge of this store is...lacking.DON'T WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY AT THIS STORE. You've been warned. Read the other reviews.I wish I had done so before going here, because now I have sunglasses that don't fit in my racing helmet and that appear to be treated with anti-reflective coating which interacts with the anti-reflective coating on my helmet visor! By the way, I told them this about the reflective coating conflict when ordering the sunglasses I didn't end up with. Apparently it went in one ear then out the other. Maybe they should start selling hearing aids - for their staff!

Sales associate Natalie is exceptional!! Any questions I had she answered them proficiently even when I kept asking. She was so patient and understanding with the whole process of purchasing my contact lenses. Thank you so much Natalie you definitely need a raise with how your customer service skills are.

I had a representative call me about my appointment. They asked me for my insurance information and sent me a text to confirm the appointment. I arrived to my appointment today at the allotted time just to find out they cancelled my appointment. No one ever called or informed me that my insurance wasn’t accepted. They just cancelled the appointment. Poor customer service. I left work, fought traffic to get there. Just to find out the appointment was cancelled. Unacceptable!!

I’m giving 2 stars because the lady that helped me when I went for my appointment was nice. Other than that if you need your glasses now or any time soon go somewhere else because you will wait a month to get your glasses. After finally picking up my glasses today and trying them on when I got home since I had my contacts in at the store I realize that my glasses are way too big for my face and I absolutely hate them. Now that’s not the stores fault but yay me now I get to wait a whole additional month to get a new pair if I want to change them out. By the way never in the history of getting glasses have I ever waited more than 2 weeks at other places. So there’s that.

For starters, I just want to say shout To miss Jillian. She is such a wonderful help and she exceeds expectation. this woman is such a nice and caring individual, She has played a big part in my life and doesn’t even know it. I have been coming to this office since 2018 and even though they have another location right next to my house I still choose to come to this location. They have the greatest staff. I definitely recommend coming here.
