Area Rug Gallery is a highly recommended business known for its wide selection of quality area rugs and helpful staff. Customers appreciate Ann and Donte for their friendly and knowledgeable service. Ann takes the time to understand customer preferences, helping even the pickiest buyers find the perfect rug. The store offers a variety of styles and colors, ensuring customers find something that suits their needs. In addition to selling rugs, the company provides services such as cleaning and custom cutting and sewing. One notable success story involves removing pet urine odor from a large oriental rug, which had previously been treated unsuccessfully by professionals. After using products recommended by the store, the odor was completely gone, and customers became loyal, bringing in other rugs for cleaning. The owner, a third-generation family business owner, is described as friendly and accommodating, making the shopping experience pleasant. Customers also value the store's ability to custom cut rugs to specific sizes, often saving money. Overall, Area Rug Gallery offers helpful service, a good selection, and quality products, making it a top choice for those seeking area rugs and related services.
We just moved to the area and needed a rug for our bedroom. I usually get very anxious making a big decision like this. Ann was so helpful in assisting us to make a decision on a rug that would be best for us. We really appreciate her time and effort, showing us lots of options and helping us make a difficult decision.

We were looking for a specific color combination and unfortunately did not find what we were looking for. Having said that I would encourage anyone I'm the Melbourne area looking for quality area rugs to visit this store. The staff were helpful and more importantly, knowledgeable about their rugs.
