The store rep got my phones working, but he said I would have to call customer service to find out why I was switched to international without my consent. Not a happy customer! Friends with us on Verizon had no problems and they were on their phone talking after getting off the ship, but we had to wait till we got to a AT&T store 8 hours later! Not a happy customer!

I called into the store to see if they had the device in stock. They had one. I asked if I needed anything or if I had to set an appointment. They informed me to come in. They sat me down and turned me away. It was an incredible waste of time.

Everyone at the Norfolk Parkway Store is wonderful and extremely helpful. I've never waited to be assisted, and they are always so knowledgeable about all the phones and products. I came in to exchange my phone, and the rep was quick and efficient in reviewing my account and detailing my options. I told him I had a specific amount of time, and he managed to do all that was needed within that time frame.

If you go to there AT&T American Store the Service is Amazing But if you Call is a Major let Down the Costumer service is out source in Other countries that hate America People and there way of living and Do not speak American English let’s make American Costumer service over the Phone Great again whit Real American that Understand the American People… and maybe that way you won’t get hacked and put American people in danger?❤️???

Very disappointed to hear my elderly dad had a negative experience in the store today when he went to the store for assistance with his iPhone. While I’m sure it can be tedious trying to help someone who isn’t technologically savvy, there is no reason for the salesperson to be unkind.

my rep was very excited and happy to help with my concerns and resolved every issue. He was very knowledgeable and it took no time at all to fix what I need and I was out the door. Very impressed! And he's so nice and funny ?

Helpful with any phone issues. Recommend this store for swrvice or anything. Galaxy is my fav type of phone for sure. The 24 is awesome
