I just love my new iPhone 15, I am so excited to have signal all over town as my last carrier didn’t work anywhere I was locally. Steve was my rep and he was great! Got everything switched over quickly and just love the new case as well! I highly recommend asking for him.

I have been with AT&T for 24 years and have never experienced the gold star service I received at this store. I was recently in Florida visiting my father and went to this AT&T store to add my father on my mobile plan. I also was looking for a phone that was easy for him to operate. Damon greeted us at the door and quickly began to work on the best phone for my father. He was professional, kind, attentive, and patient. I left to take my father home and returned to complete the process. Switching from my father's carrier to AT&T was more complicated than I expected, but Damon was a God send. I started feeling frustrated and Damon remained patient and encouraged me to stay the course. After several hours, we were able to get my father on my plan and a phone that he loves. Damon's kindness and EXCELLENT customer service made a lifelong impression on me and my father. He went above and beyond for us and remained so kind and patient. I was very impressed. I will forever be grateful for all Damon did for us. He made an extremely stressful situation a great experience. It was an honor to meet this young man and so thankful for ALL he did. AT&T has a genuine jewel of an employee. Many blessing to Damon!!!!

Everytime I go here the staff is extremely helpful and easy to talk to. Eric was awesome and worked really hard to fix my issue. Great worker and great personality. Interactions like this make me happy to visit this location.

I went into the store to attempt to merge my ATT and First Net accounts. I was told to call First Net. I did. I was told to pay the balance on ATT acct and they could merge only to have them tell me after paying I needed to go to the store. The second time I was in the store I was again told to pay the balance and they could merge as it had been a few weeks and another bill was due. They were unable to merge after I paid again. There was a district supervisor was present and he said he'd call someone the following day and follow up with me. That never happened. I called ATT and First Net again and neither could help. Went in the store for the 3rd time today and although the manager I dealt with the second time was there, he couldn't even be bother to come speak just told the associate to tell me to call again. They won't waive the accruing charges. Won't cancel either line and said even if they do they can't add a line because of an error within my acct that is beyond my control. Needless to say I'm on my way to another service provider after TWENTY YEARS with ATT. They 100% do not care one bit if customers go elsewhere. It is clear they'd rather just not have to deal with anyone.

This store and it’s staff are horrible!!! If you need to have anything changed or problems with your bill good luck on getting any of the staff to help you and hope you enjoy the run around they will give you. Went in tonight and there were 5 staff sitting around playing on their phones. The “manager” is an absolute butt and only wants to argue instead of help. Came home and called AT&T directly and got e everything I needed taken care of.

My GF bought (online thru AT&T) an upgrade to i15pro, exhanging i12 for $900 credit under current promo. I could not get the old phone insured thru USPS without a signature receipt and cost of $27. So I went to this branch, with an appointment, to hand deliver the phone in the authorized return box. After I was greeted I told the agent "I'm returning this phone". Imediately the store manager jumps on the table and takes over. "sorry but we don't take returns here", which I replied "Your corporate line said bring it here and insurance is covered", then he asked if I'm an authorized user (very condescending) and I said "No I'm returning it for her shes at work". Then he got really Mr. Dick and said that since I'm not an authorized user I cant return it. I put my GF on the phone and was MR. Dick to HER right in front of ME. Once he realized it was trade in and not a return, he left the table bitching about some meeting. I held my breath after he just insulted me and my GF to our faces. They processed it and I left knowing I was a better man for not slapping the attitude off this managers face. Wonder why their store has 2.5 stars. NEVER go back, will drive far to elsewhere. Bad look AT&T.

My sons and I went to the ATT store to have our new phones activated and information switched. We were fortunate to have ERIC take care of us and when I say take care of us that's exactly what he did. The customer service experience ERIC provided was top teir. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, professional, efficient, friendly and answered all our questions. Eric went above and beyond to take care of us. He interacted with my sons and made them feel like valued customers as well. He made sure we had everything we needed before we left and provided excellent recommendations. ERIC ,THANK YOU, THANK YOU,THANK YOU!!!!

Cant enough great things about this store and its customer service! Damon was absolutely great from start to finish in guiding us on what was a good phone for us, he explained all of our options and made sure we got the best deal for our needs. Andy the manager stepped in to answer some of my questions and concerns with ease and thoughtfulness. They both felt like old friends by the time I left the store. I'll have to go back just to say "hello".

I will drive half an hour to come to this store. The guys here, especially Eric, always take great care of me. I walk in and feel like a valued customer - every time. My problems are ALWAYS solved and they make sure I'm getting the best out of what I pay for. Excellent store.

The staff is nice but don't trust them. They told me I'd get a 10% discount for my employer and I was told I need not do anything. The discount isn't on my bill and corporate says I missed the deadline to get it. Avoid this place! They'll lie to get a sale
