My wife and I have had several positive experiences with Baer's Furniture. Our only complaint is their delivery people don't wear shoe covers! That needs to change if they want to exceed customer expectations.

We came in looking for a dining table and were helped by Tony. He was patient and knowledgeable and helped us find one that we loved at a great price (floor model). My one qualm with him as our salesman is his claim that the table we chose was solid wood. The top is a veneer, albeit a very high quality one. The actual issues started with our delivery. Whoever loaded the table onto the truck was pretty careless. There was damage to not one but TWO corners. The moving blanket was even torn on one of the corners, so clearly it happened during loading and no one bothered to check it. Okay. So it'll go back for repair and get redelivered free of charge. The second delivery attempt (yes, attempt) was worse. The repairs looked great, but there was new damage to one of the repaired corners, one side edge of the table, AND one corner of one of the leaves. Sigh. We were pretty irritated at this point. Again, it seemed pretty clear this probably happened during loading. We opted to hold onto the chairs to lessen the chance of damage to them as well, while the table went back for yet another repair. We were promised that the delivery supervisor would oversee the rest of this, including the next delivery attempt. So third delivery. The guys bring in the table top, and I spend quite a bit of time looking over the repairs. I honestly couldn't even find where they were... turns out it was a whole new table! This actually worked in our favor as the floor model we purchased was missing one cross piece that we were prepared to replace. It was a pleasant surprise and one we weren't expecting--partly because nothing was communicated to us about it. No delivery supervisor came and no one called to say anything about the replacement. We wound up with an amazing table at an amazing price and are so in love with it. I will (hesitantly) use Baer's Furniture again. That said, the communication between delivery/repair departments and the customer could use improvement as well as much more oversight and care when loading deliveries.

My delivery of furniture was exceptional. The two young men that delivered the furniture were nice, respectful, funny and helpful! We have a couple issues with the leather and how it was packed giving imprints which Malcom documented so I could file a claim if needed. Contacted Baers customer relations with the issues and they are sending out a representative from the manufacturer. So we will see. Love my furniture and enjoyed my interaction with both delivery guys. So sweet!!

The sales lady Marie was wonderfully helpful and patient. She did not pressure my husband and me at all and we are very happy with our new sofa and loveseat. The delivery team was very friendly, considerate, and careful not to damage anything. All around an excellent experience.

We bought a box spring and mattress on a sale. When they were delivered on July 6, and the box, springs and mattress for two different lengths. We have called several times, and actually had a technician come out to check. They have said they will send another technician, but never have. We have bought many things from Baers, and I have never been as disappointed as I am this time. Also, when the delivery guys put it together, they put the gap towards the top so it would not be seen. I would really like some satisfaction from the company, but have gotten none so far.

Awesome service provided by Tony at the store. He was patient and informative as we educated ourselves and tried many mattresses. Delivery was punctual, professional, friendly. They called a couple of days ahead, kept us informed through text&email, and we were even able to track their progress on delivery day! We can’t wait to sleep on our new Beautyrest Black mattress. Thank you!

The salespeople are courteous and knowledgeable, and were patient with me as I considered the many high-quality furniture options that Baer's offers in their huge showroom. I bought bedroom furniture that was delivered only a few days later by Baer's friendly and professional delivery team - they called ahead and showed up on time, precisely at the beginning of the delivery window. I also bought on sale a Natuzzi leather sectional, which I look forward to getting within the next few months - it's custom made. My family has purchased furniture from Baer's in past years, and it is always a pleasure to come back to see their newest things - which you can count on being offered at a good value.

Stressless chair just delivered. Entire process was fantastic. Walked in and we were greeted by Chuck. Told him exactly what we were looking for, and he took us right to what we needed. Only time involved was our indecision on which one to purchase. Delivery was only five days later. Cars blocking the street for a kids’ party across the road…delivery team wheeled the boxes a block to our home (as it started to drizzle) and had it set up in ten minutes. Most would have turned around and gone back, so we really appreciated the effort! Great experience all around.

We had wonderful experience in the store - the staff were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful in selecting the furniture based on our needs. On delivery day the gentleman were extremely professional and kind. They were very respectful. We highly recommend Baer’s!

They are always the best. The quality and honesty is a 10! Our sales person, Kristian McKeever was the best. He and the manager couldn’t have been better. The best in my 72 years. That’s why I keep going back. Baer’s are in a class of their own.

I’ve been using Bears furniture since I lived in Fort Lauderdale. Since Covid their quality of furniture has not been the same. I had 4 Tommy Bahama bedroom sets delivered and each one was damaged. The manager said he would give me money off if I would accept the damaged furniture. I agreed after that I purchased a reclining sofa and there was something wrong with the cushions and when you sat in it you couldn’t sit in the center. I had their repair person come out he said it was defective and if he were to try to fix it, it would only happen again. I had to chase them down for the credit they said they would give for the damaged bedroom furniture and they refuse to take back the reclining loveseat that was not only overpriced but defective. Don’t expect good customer service and you will pay more for items you can get at other stores that are less expensive with the same quality.

The delivery was perfect. The gentlemen who brought in the cabinet and chair checked each piece to make sure they were in perfect condition. I love everything I’ve ever purchased from Baer’s furniture.
