Love love love B&BW! This store is no different. Smells amazing, and just makes me happy to walk in š everyone has been very friendly & helpful here. I do NOT love the parking situation and traffic. Wow, people are aggressive with the parking spacesš
But thatās just the area, not a B & BW problem. Unless I go at the least busy time or I donāt see spaces available, I just park out in the gravel and walk in. Itās peaceful, I get my steps in and no near death experiences fighting for a close parking spacešthese people are crazy!

Great customer service! When I bought some products the day before a big sale started, I went back and the employees were more than happy to help return and rebuy the items at the sale price. Thank you so much! Lines may get a little long, but they stay on top of it! Great store!

Overall it was a good experience friendly associates was greeted at the door asked if I needed help finding anything and at first I said no I was just looking my first time here and then when I changed my mind after glancing around the store maybe I should ask so I told her what I was looking for exactly and she didn't seem to have knowledge about it only one product and as I looked around found a few more but not the one I was exactly looking for but still ended up buying one but the associates were very friendly overall and I will probably go back in the future when needed

EDIT: Since this post I went back in the hopes that corporate turned the music down. THEY TURNED THE MUSIC UP EVEN LOUDER!!!Shouting was a waste of time to be heard. They definitely do not want business.The music so loud I have to shout to be heardā¦come on! What happened to inclusivity to ALL? My migraine would appreciate you lowering the volume! I will no longer be shopping at these stores as the manager apologized profusely but stated she was unable to lower volume as music is controlled by Corporate in ALL stores and is the same! And the workers are suffering too! No wonder workers are quitting in droves with such a hostile environment! Shame on you!!!

Easily accessible but the managers are super passive aggressive if you come in too many times without deciding on a product to buy. Iām someone who takes awhile to decide on something to buy and usually I love to stop and smell the candles in a store like this one, but apparently the managers have an issue with this. Iāve caught several giving me rude looks and almost running into me. Iād avoid this one if you like to take your time.

Easily accessible from the Main Road Palm Bay, not far from I-95 exit 176W/B.Plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles.The store was clean and well staffed by friendly employees.The inventory was extensive and the prices in my opinion were fair.In the area give them a visit and make sure to check for online coupons.

I get all my hand soaps, shower gels and lotions from here! I just tried new shampoo and conditioner too! I love all the variety of heart warming scents!!
