The staff are great. The website vs store pricing well thats a disconnect. If it is on their website it's probably cheaper in store. Even with the coupon. But at least I got what I needed and was back on the road again. A learning curve. With a cell phone you can order online even if you are standing in the store. Check the price in person then look for a deal.

Words cannot describe how amazing this business is besides the fact that they went out of their way as me and my child with autism we're stuck outside of our vehicle with our keys in our hands and couldn't figure out how to get in it and when I say they went above and beyond they certainly did when out of their way to assist people immediately no hesitation no second thought definitely an outstanding company with amazing employees ❤️

I visited batteries plus on 192 on Sunday because my wife's car key fobs were not working. She had them replaced approximately one year ago by the same place. I took one of the fobs down there and asked the guy to replace the battery in it and purchased an additional battery to change out the other one when I got home and I did that. I gave the one that was replaced by the batteries us guy to my wife and she went to work. The next day, that fob stopped working, the light was not lighting up and the battery was dead again. I gave her the fob in which I replaced the battery and it worked flawlessly and still does. So it can't be the batteries because they both came out of the same package.
Upon purchasing another battery on Monday from another store and installing it myself, the fob is now working again. However, upon taking the battery out of the dead fob in which batteries plus replaced, I found that it was not a battery in new condition as the one I replaced. It was worn and had some defects on the case of the battery. It seems that he must have put in a used dead battery instead of the new one I paid for.
It also appears that when my wife had both of them replaced a year ago, the same thing occurred because key fob batteries last more than a year. The original batteries lasted from 2016 when the car was new until 2023 when she had them both replaced. In addition, the battery I took out of the fob that was replaced a year ago was not a Duracell like the ones they sell at batteries plus - it was some wacky off-brand made in Singapore much like the original battery from the factory. So did he actually replace that one or just charge my wife for replacing it because he saw a "dumb" woman walk in the door?
I will never return to this business as it is obviously a bait and switch. He takes batteries out of key fobs for people and makes them pay for new ones and then gives the next guy the old ones in their key fobs and charges them for new ones. How would anyone know until they got stuck somewhere?
I am just happy to learn a solid lesson for a mere $10.00. Way to go Batteries Plus morons! You got me lmao

Bought a battery with a two year warranty. After 5 months battery would not hold a charge. Took the battery back , battery showed 11V. They would not exchange the battery and told me to leave the battery, because it would take a day to test the battery. Any other place could test the battery and get instant results. Waiting a day is just a major inconvenience.

I had a key fob that was falling apart and one that just didn't start the car at all. I had never been to a Batteries plus before. I had no idea what it was gonna cost. Fearing the worst I stopped in and was greeted by aaRon. First of all kudos to your company for allowing him to have that on his name tag, (LOVE IT) and second he a was a big help. He fixed my one key fob, made me a new key fob and gave me back my spare key that I could use to unlock my door if necessary. All for a very reasonable cost. The new key fob has been working great and I am super pleased with the craftsmanship and service. Signed. D nice........
