Good, efficient, fast handling of a minor engine shield that needed to be pinned back on. My vibe was that these are a competent and reasonably priced local shop. And they are dog friendly, which I liked. Five stars all the way.

Highly Recommend
They are no nonsense. Unfortunately someone smashed into my car so I needed to get some repairs. They were able to review the estimate from the insurance company, get the parts ordered, get my car in, fix it, and make it shine like the day I bought it all it what felt like no time at all.
I obviously hope you never need to deal with accident repair and only need them for positive changes to your car but if you need someone to get the job done I encourage you to give them a call.

Hands down this BEST experience I've ever had. I've had work done before by other places and none can compare to this team. I felt welcomed and never a burden. My car went in broken and she came out flawless. I would HIGHLY recommend them to do your body work. Thank you to everyone that was involved with my car repairs. This was one thing I didn't stress about because of the exceptional customer service. 10 stars if I could!

Over the last year my car (2021 RAV4 Prime) had the front and rear bumpers dented (park lot and folks just left) and dented and severely scratched on the passenger’s side (side swept while parked in the street). I didn’t know of anyone in the Melbourne area but after reading some good reviews I took it to Body’s by Doug hoping the good reviews were accurate.
We drove to the shop which is conveniently located just off route 192 and was provided a very detailed estimate and turn around time to complete the work. Both were reasonably given the extent of the work that needed to be done and the other estimate I’d received. We dropped the car off hoping our expectations would be met.
We were pleasantly surprised to get a call earlier than expected letting us know the work had been completed. We arrived to find the literally looking brand new, as perfect as it did when we drove the car new off the dealership lot.
The staff in the front office (Donna and Joanne) were courteous and timely in responding to questions about the work to be done. While you never hope to need body work done on your car at least now we know who the go to folks are in Central Florida and highly recommend Body’s by Doug.

Very nice place. We had a food truck trailer damaged by a person slamming into the back-end and damaged. They took the time to see if they could help. They don't work on those cargo trailers, but were nice to refer us to other companies

So one of my Halloween tubs fell on the hood of my car while it was in the garage. The hood was very scratched and dented from the tub itself. I started searching for a body shop and I found Body's by Doug on the web. The reviews were good so I thought I'd swing by for an estimate. I was pleased with the estimate and the timeline that my car could be repaired so I decided to go with them, my first stop for an estimate. I didn't bother going anywhere else! I thought the price was fair and the location was convenient. I picked up my car 5 days later and the paint job was perfect. I actually had a national chain do my car after an accident 2 years ago and Body's by Doug did an even better job this time. Thanks to the gang at Body's by Doug, I'm sure I'll be back!

Haven't gotten my car fixed through them but went for an estimate this morning and boy what a great team of people. So kind, compassionate, and willing to help. Cleaned off my bumper to look at it better and threw a screw in to make sure it wouldnt fall off before I get it fixed. Absolutely would recommend this shop. Clean, professional, kind, and affordable. So far the best quote out of anyone else in town.
