Veronica met me at the door, her kindness and wanting to please attitude was wonderful... She listened to exactly what I wanted, she helped me find the greatest deal and I have to say that her eagerness and wonderful attitude is a lost art that you don't see anymore!!! I really appreciate her... She really made my day!!! I am a disabled senior who really didn't know what to look for, and she found me a terrific deal that I could afford on my limited income .. Veronica should be recognized as a top customer service representative... Again, it is a lost art in today's world..... Such a shame too

Eddie was a lifesaver. My husband's phone quit offering a sign-in option, just kept asking for a code but nowhere to put it in. In no time at all Eddie had it up and running without losing any info. He was friendly, yet professional, a true pleasure to work with. Boost got lucky when they hired Eddie. We definitely recommend this Boost location.

I ordered my iphone 13 9 days ago. They never sent me a tracking number till a week later. Keep in mind I've paid for 9 days of service now that I haven't had a phone to use it with. When I did finally get a tracking number, it said delivery would be between 10:30am and 2:45pm on Saturday, today. It's now 3:15 and I've waited 4.5 hours to receive and sign for the phone, wasting my entire day and now it says if it doesn't come by 9pm to expect it tomorrow. So... Be prepared to wait and wait while they take your money for nothing. No communication. No replies. No customer service. Worst buying experience of my life...
