Tyler was super nice with me and my mom. Excellent customer service. We also took a friend of us to open an account there, and even though our friend barely speaks English, Tyler tried to explain everything in Spanish. 5 stars for Tyler.

On Thursday, 3/14, I had the pleasure of working with bank teller Sherry. She assisted me in redeeming my paper EE bonds. I was very appreciative of her taking the time to assist me with my deposit and wish her nothing but success with her career.

Today was not a great day to walk into Chase Bank and get customer service assistance. I had an issue with my account unfortunately there was only one customer service person there today.
