I went to this store a few weeks ago and at the serve yourself drink area several machines were out of order and most of the coffee and cream despenser were filthy. The counter where the sugar was was so filthy I didn't want to put my cup down. The woman at the counter was pleasant and I payed for my drink. I decided to give the store a second chance and visited them again this morning. The drink area looked a little better until I turned around to add Splenda to my tea. The counter was covered in spilled coffee opened packets of sugar and trash. I asked the register person if he was here alone and the assistant manager spoke up that he was here so I had to complain about how nasty the store was. I also told them I wouldn't be back.

It's been over 3 months of the shake machine down, Everytime I ask I'm told soon. Well soon has passed... Also, gnats in the baked goods cabinet.

Bathroom was out of toilet paper. Asked at cash register and told the store was OUT of TP. I asked if the store could get TP from stock on shelf. I was told yes if I wanted to BUY it. What kind of store refuses to offer toilet paper to its customers?
I will NOT be patronizing Cumberland Farms EVER again.

Gas is 12 cents more expensive at the pump than is advertised on signs by road. Employees had no idea how to fix the issue.

I bought gas at this particle Cumberland Farms on Wednesday morning May 15 at 8:41 am.I used mid grade. I drove a little way down Ellis to my workplace with no problem. I was there 20 minutes and left. Long story short the car went crazy wanting to stall and jump. I took my car to KIA on New Haven. They said lots of water in the gas. It so far is costing me $500. They still have my car so who knows what the total will be. I tried to call the gas station today but it keeps hanging up.They OWE me

Came in to get a frozen coffee, and 4 machines are broken down not being used or fixed, such a waste of gas coming here when they don't even take care of their store like it is advertised as!

Always stop in for coffee and something to eat early in the morning. Always a pleasure to see Carson working when I come in. He is very customer service oriented, professional, and always has a great attitude with positive things to say. Hard to find that these days!

Bathroom had zero hand wash in either sink. Also the sanitizer dispensers outside the bathrooms were totally empty. Bathroom stall had zero toilet paper and the paper towel dispenser was broken and had the paper on the floor.

Stop for gas, not for snacks. It's almost always understocked. Different machines are out of order every day.
