This review is for sale cashier Curtis. He was nice, very helpful and patience. He advised me which products I should buy and explained to me how to use them. It's to get rid of the insects thanks Curtis.

When I went to Home Depot on W. New Haven Ave. in Melbourne, Florida - I immediately felt supported. In addition to needing french doors and a front door replaced, I also needed a dishwasher ... Bob Conway at Home Depot on W. New Haven Ave. was amazing!!! He was so friendly and helpful and quickly helped me find the dishwasher that I needed -he was very friendly and knowledgeable. You could tell he wanted to help make sure I got the right product, and it was obvious that he enjoyed his job helping people. He was able to very quickly find what I needed and set up the delivery and installation for just a couple of days from now! (Which would've been several weeks out if I had gone with their competing store!) Thank you, Bob! You are awesome!!! Also loved Wesley List!!! He was very knowledgeable about all the options that were available to me for my French doors and front door! He was very thorough with his explanations, didn't talk in circles (like my previous experience with the competing company earlier that day), & informed me of more affordable options available to me... He was very knowledgeable about all those options and able to explain things to me in a way that made perfect sense rather than talking in circles. Clearly, he knows what he's doing and is very efficient!!! He was very thorough and spent a lot of time going over (and then printed out) all the options we discussed so that I could review & consider each one when I got home. He also set up the appointment to have all the measurements done so that I could get my estimate on the installation and also set up an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on storm shutters!!!I hope all of Home Depot's staff are as excellent as Bob and Wesley!!! Very impressed! Thank you both so very much for all your help!!! You are awesome!!!

I bought impact French doors.Took 2.5 months to come in.Which is ridiculous but average these days. They showed up, damaged... installer showers me before taking off truck.. I sevt him away.. HD blamed installer but that crock of crap. He said it was scratched/ dented when he picked it up... Home Depot Said they would take off couple hundred for it but if they reordered I'd have to wait another 8-12 weeks.I agreed because my insurance rate is pending on this last piece of work. They rescheduled, and no one showed up. After waiting on hold forever.. they called installer. Installer called told me they were never even called to reschedule . I have taken off work twice now .. I don't get paid when I don't work. .Poor poor communication. Poor work ethic. Poor customers service

Today my husband and I bought some flooring from the Home Depot in West Melbourne. We were very impressed with the flooring specialist, Terry Jacobs. He took his time when we talked with him on two or three occasions about the flooring we needed for the whole house. Not only was he helpful, but he was very knowledgeable about the different products that we were interested in buying. He was also informative about the charge account we opened with Home Depot and how to best use it.

Thanks to Chris in the Kitchens Department for an exceptional experience from design to order completion! It's so nice to work with a professional like Chris who is an expert user of the design software, has strong product knowledge of all cabinet and countertop options, and is an outstanding communicator. Thanks as well to all members of the Kitchens team who pitched-in to help us!

Let me begin by stating I really appreciate that Home Depot gives military discounts year-round, Especially when it's not required. It is such a nice offer and a benefit for us veterans. Now that was the praise, here comes my grape. Your new app is horrible!!! I really shouldn't have not be forced to download the app on my phone to get the discount that you're offering for the veterans. in my opinion you just want all of our personal information and I can't do that sorry. It appears this is a tactic to discourage the military discounts or it seems like it's more of a hassle for me to get discount without the app. What about us veterans that don't have phones. At this particular Home Depot the girl who stood at the self check out there's actually three of them one cashier was open she said she couldn't use hers or corporate would take her discount card away. Don't know if that's a good excuse to lie whatever but it seems kinda odd to me. OK for my next gripe. I realize this new world we live in in this young generation is making changes but this check out self check out thing is for the birds so basically we're saving the companies money but they don't have to hire cashiers anymore and we're doing the legwork and labor they will I get paid a discount each time my self check out.

BUYERS BEWARE: DO NOT PURCHASE DOORS OR COUNTER TOPS AT HOME DEPOT!!! $30,000.00 BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY HOME DEPOT FPR 7+ MONTHS!!! My wife and I spent $30,000.00+ with Home Depot and have been waiting for over seven 7 months for doors and over 4 months for countertops! BOTH ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED! We were originally told the order would take 4-6 weeks and the lies started from there... After waiting 6 weeks we were given hard delivery dates on three separate occasions. Each time the date would come and go then I would spend hours down at Home Depot trying to locate our order of doors. Eventually (after 4 months) we received 3 doors (of the 13 doors) only to find out there were all “damaged” beyond repair during shipping. At that time we were told that the remainder of our order had been lost in the suppliers systems and that they would have to resubmit our entire order!! Just more lies on top of lies and broken promises. At this time we are still waiting for our doors and have been givin a new deliver date of January which (if they even arrive) would put our order at almost 10 months!!! Separately, TO MAKE THINGS WORSE our order can’t be canceled because the doors have to “arrive” before they can be returned….WE ARE BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY HOME DEPOT!!! Separately, DO NOT PURCHASE COUNTER TOPS FROM HOME DEPOT!! This experience has been almost as horrible as our door order. We placed our order over 3 months ago. The website said to expect 3-6 weeks to complete the entire counter top process. NOT AT ALL AS ADVERTISED!!! Once our order was placed we eventuality were contacted by the subcontracted company Home Depot sends their counter top work to and told it would be eight weeks before they could come out and measure for the tops. At this time I contact the Home Depot store manager and asked if they could do anything to try to expedite this since the manager was already aware of our door disaster. The manager called the counter top vendor but was unable to get them to expedite our order. So we waited… Once our counter tops were measured we were given an install date another two months out. So we waited again… Upon install day the crew got lost on their way, didn’t speak much English, and was two hours late for the scheduled appointment. Once they brought the counter tops inside we had to reject them due to two of the top sections being clearly discolored and the seams clearly not matching. This issue should have been easily identified at the warehouse before delivering the tops. At this juncture the crew was trying to tell us that the tops looked good and we had to tell them that we were not going to accept them. We we’re told to call the company that hired them.. We have since called them over 6 times with no resolve.. We are being told the person we need to speak to is not available at this time and we have waited over 24 hours for a return call and crickets!!!! At this juncture Home Depot has held hostage over $30,000.00 of our money for 6+ months and we have received literally nothing!!! BUY FROM A LOVAL VENDOR YOU WILL GET FAR BETTER SERVICE AND SUPPORT! We have escalated this issue with the local store. They seem to be at the mercy of their subcontractors and are of little to no help and a basically non-response at this point. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HOME DEPOT. THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THEY ARE OFFERING ONLINE AND IN STORE IN 2021. HOME DEPOT this is your opportunity to step up and help a customer out!! We’re not stopping with a bad google review! Our horrific experience will be sent out across social media and the pr-wire. Local media outlets will expose this nationwide!! Order # H0260-160610, H0260-166185

Very odd experience here. At checkout I was asked by the lady "are you military" (I assume because I had my RED Friday shirt on) I replied back yes, I am a Veteran. She says "OK, show me your ID and I can give you 10% off". I show here my VA Healthcare Card and she replies "that's a weird one, even though it's not the normal card I'll let you have the discount anyways"...I just giggled and said "first off, I didn't ask you for that discount and second you may want to read up on what a veteran is and what it takes to get a VA healthcare for life." These experiences are why most veterans don't even ask for discounts...it wasn't worth the disrespect to save $1.72 on my order. This is a military town, so I assume this young lady is used to seeing active duty id's...you may want to train your staff on what Veterans are as well

I known that Home Depot, and a lot of other businesses are under staffed these days but, getting paint takes foreverrr. The employees are always busy helping others. Today, I left and got lunch because I didn't expect to wait that long and I got hungry waiting (haha). My experience was still good and hopefully they will hire more staff before my remodel is over.

The worst experience getting paint today. The employees working in the paint area tonight were rude, unhelpful and dismissive. My husband placed a paint order and the guy said it would take a while so he went and got other stuff and came back to absolutely no one - the first guy abandoned the job without doing it and left. He found a second person, told him semi gloss, and the employee promptly made it in satin. My husband told him it was wrong and he ARGUED with my husband (??? As if we don’t know what kind of paint we want?) and when my husband finally asked for a manager he just…walked away. Never came back, no manager came and finally a third plain correctly mixed the paint.

I went to go get some wood for a shelf I'm making and one of the employees names Austin helped me. He was super respectful and helpful. He carried the wood panels out to my car. Amazing service!!
