More often than not we find ourselves driving back to this store because an appliance purchased is damaged. The employees are excellent. Too bad they have a problem with the way there merchandise is being handled.

BUYERS BEWARE: DO NOT PURCHASE DOORS OR COUNTER TOPS AT HOME DEPOT!!! $30,000.00 BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY HOME DEPOT FPR 7+ MONTHS!!! My wife and I spent $30,000.00+ with Home Depot and have been waiting for over seven 7 months for doors and over 4 months for countertops! BOTH ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED! We were originally told the order would take 4-6 weeks and the lies started from there... After waiting 6 weeks we were given hard delivery dates on three separate occasions. Each time the date would come and go then I would spend hours down at Home Depot trying to locate our order of doors. Eventually (after 4 months) we received 3 doors (of the 13 doors) only to find out there were all “damaged” beyond repair during shipping. At that time we were told that the remainder of our order had been lost in the suppliers systems and that they would have to resubmit our entire order!! Just more lies on top of lies and broken promises. At this time we are still waiting for our doors and have been givin a new deliver date of January which (if they even arrive) would put our order at almost 10 months!!! Separately, TO MAKE THINGS WORSE our order can’t be canceled because the doors have to “arrive” before they can be returned….WE ARE BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY HOME DEPOT!!! Separately, DO NOT PURCHASE COUNTER TOPS FROM HOME DEPOT!! This experience has been almost as horrible as our door order. We placed our order over 3 months ago. The website said to expect 3-6 weeks to complete the entire counter top process. NOT AT ALL AS ADVERTISED!!! Once our order was placed we eventuality were contacted by the subcontracted company Home Depot sends their counter top work to and told it would be eight weeks before they could come out and measure for the tops. At this time I contact the Home Depot store manager and asked if they could do anything to try to expedite this since the manager was already aware of our door disaster. The manager called the counter top vendor but was unable to get them to expedite our order. So we waited… Once our counter tops were measured we were given an install date another two months out. So we waited again… Upon install day the crew got lost on their way, didn’t speak much English, and was two hours late for the scheduled appointment. Once they brought the counter tops inside we had to reject them due to two of the top sections being clearly discolored and the seams clearly not matching. This issue should have been easily identified at the warehouse before delivering the tops. At this juncture the crew was trying to tell us that the tops looked good and we had to tell them that we were not going to accept them. We we’re told to call the company that hired them.. We have since called them over 6 times with no resolve.. We are being told the person we need to speak to is not available at this time and we have waited over 24 hours for a return call and crickets!!!! At this juncture Home Depot has held hostage over $30,000.00 of our money for 6+ months and we have received literally nothing!!! BUY FROM A LOVAL VENDOR YOU WILL GET FAR BETTER SERVICE AND SUPPORT! We have escalated this issue with the local store. They seem to be at the mercy of their subcontractors and are of little to no help and a basically non-response at this point. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HOME DEPOT. THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THEY ARE OFFERING ONLINE AND IN STORE IN 2021. HOME DEPOT this is your opportunity to step up and help a customer out!! We’re not stopping with a bad google review! Our horrific experience will be sent out across social media and the pr-wire. Local media outlets will expose this nationwide!! Order # H0260-160610, H0260-166185

After having the guy come to measure the space for the storm door, I went in today to order the door. Only to be told installation is $269, not the $150 I was originally told. Which itself was a heafty amount. I ordered a stove, dishwasher and microwave from Home Depot a couple of years ago, and each were only $50 for delivery and installation. $269 is robbery. Especially after the $150 quote.

The worst experience getting paint today. The employees working in the paint area tonight were rude, unhelpful and dismissive. My husband placed a paint order and the guy said it would take a while so he went and got other stuff and came back to absolutely no one - the first guy abandoned the job without doing it and left. He found a second person, told him semi gloss, and the employee promptly made it in satin. My husband told him it was wrong and he ARGUED with my husband (??? As if we don’t know what kind of paint we want?) and when my husband finally asked for a manager he just…walked away. Never came back, no manager came and finally a third plain correctly mixed the paint.

We live in Melbourne Beach and had impact resistant windows installed by Home Depot in August just prior to Hurricane Dorian. We chose HD over other competitors due to their lifetime warranty. The installation went fairly well however one of the windows has imprinted circle marks on them, one of the screens has a hole, and we are still trying to get HD to install the remaining window trims prior to putting up our blinds. I've tried contacting the installation manager, James Keyser on these issues however for some reason, he refuses to even acknowledge there is an issue or communicate in any fashion how it will be resolved. We love the new PGT 5500 windows however for what we paid for them (over 25K), you would think customer service would be better.

Bought a dishwasher. Scheduled install. Sounds simple enough, right? Nope. Installers were 4 hours late, coming at 8pm to install. After they left the dishwasher leaked all over the floor. It has been 5 days and we are still just getting the runaround. HD uses a company called "Ralph's Dispatch" (which I can only surmise is a mafia front) to do their deliveries and installs. After multiple calls to this outfit, we were informed that they can't get in touch with their subcontractor. That's right, folks, when you buy something from HD, they sub it out and then the sub subs it out. That way, no one is accountable! Pretty awesome for them. Pretty crappy for us. HD management was sympathetic but unhelpful. The decision has been made higher up to use this crappy outfit for deliveries/installs, and no one at the store level can do anything about it. AVOID.

So we bought a new washer and dryer from Home Depot. The dryer works great. The washer doesn't. I call Home Depot about an hour after delivery and let them know something is wrong with my new washer. They put in a service call. Which took one week The service call is with the delivery people who they said we're also able to fix it that's not true all the delivery people do is set up and deliver. And I asked the delivery people if they are contracted to repair as well he

The layout and the signage in this place is horrible. It was the worst of the Home Depot's I've ever seen and I usually like Home Depot.I need help in more than one department and couldn't find a single person except the guy stuck behind the counter in the paint department.there was actually an older couple walking through the main aisle in the middle calling help help is there anybody here and then the paint guy said I'll get somebody for you but it was just a little embarrassing
