I came into the store because I was in the area and I had seen a clearance sale on 4 Ryobi riding and zero turn mowers. I ran into Dave who informed me that they sold the last one that morning. Seeing I was unhappy upon hearing this, he said "hang on a sec, stick with me, I'll see if I can find one for you". Well, he went above and beyond to locate me one that I was able to pick up that day. When a customer is trying to get something, this is the type of customer service that sets stores like this above the rest. I have a HD closer to me in Palm Bay, but I haven't experienced service like this before. Thank you Dave for helping me locate this mower. I love it!

Every time I use the self checkout I'm questioned on my purchase, it is quite annoying, sometimes I have one or two items like today I had one item , it's not my problem if you can't pay attention while I'm ringing something up ,I don't even want to use the self-checkout but quite often I'm forced to as there's no other option.
If I'm questioned one more time on my purchases I'm not going to Home Depot again.

I absolutely LOVE that I can get on your website, specifically search for what I need, and get an exact location in the store with aisle number and bin number. I know lots of places do it too. But it never fails to amaze me how quickly I can get in and out of this giant store without needing any assistance.

I could not believe the prices on the ryobi stuff.I couldn't believe they wanted two hundred Dollars. For the battery blower, their prices are really outrageous. I don't know what happened with home depot. They have great employees good products. But their prices are not competitive. I was a little disappointed. I bought an $800 generator I bought my lawn mower ride on for $1200. I bought a washer and a dryer. These products were very competitive but on a lot of products they are way too high and they had a shovel and gardening for under $10. Before taxes, of course. But they didn't have it only the 1 for $14. In closing, I think the following sales agents were very knowledgeable. Lewis helped me out with my lawn. Moore and James, they set up my delivery and everything was good. I must say to people that installed it. We're very professional. I would like to shade a Bob. Who told me to wait to buy it until the sale starts next week.He could have had me buy it but he did the old a Miracle on 42nd street and told me to wait to buy it till the next week. Thinking about the customer before the sale is what makes home depot and their employees Special. I. am always greeted with a big hello, and the people are friendly and wanting to help, so please take my skepticism with its due diligence.

I was just in the store and the cashier was being rude to me and my mother arguing & the cashier name is Susan everyone else was helpful but she was not especially with an altitude .

Impossible to find help at this location. Despite multiple calls for help 30 minutes passed with no assistance. Lowe’s is now my go to.

Terrible customer service. Everyone just takes lunch breaks back to back to back and then can't be found I guess. I was at the store for an hour and half waiting for help and they either all had gone home or to lunch. Poorly staffed.

Enough with the self checkout, please hire some actual cashiers to check people out. They won't let you use cash there's one poor old lady trying to help four different self checkout registers and she's not able to help with any of them. Really need some work on the customer service

It's a do it yourself hardware store,they usually have what you need an more,I'n stock at the store.if not it's okay,cheaper if you order it from them,an pick it up at store.its where I go,to get what I need to get the job done.
