It is well stocked with some hard-to-find stock and bigger bags of specific craft items like perler beads. Customers find great deals in some departments. The staff are quite helpful, sweet, personable, and patient. However, prices are not very competitive on most items. The store can be confusing with areas that lack obvious price tags. It often does not have enough cashiers, leading to a wait when crowded. A significant concern is that the bathrooms are disgusting, with maintenance issues and pests. Despite this, many customers love the store for its extensive selection and drive far to visit it.
Not bad the only thing I would say is take photos of prices for some sales were not on my receipt yet not sure if it just started and not put in register I would say something to them yet with the bargain I got on fabric patterns will just let it be!!)

Well stocked and clean. Staff are quite helpful but they never have quite enough cashiers to move the line quickly expect a wait if it is crowded.
