I typically do not leave bad reviews. But this is the third time I've gone into this store and other than the people at the cash. Register the women in the back that are supposed to be helpful are the most contrary. Unhelpful rude women, I have ever met in my life. I am not a young woman. And I mean to tell you. You ask the question and they say I don't know. You're gonna have to go look just sad.I would say it's well worth the drive to Vero Beach. I walked in as the exact same question was out of that store in less than 6 minutes. Awesome experience out of pharaoh beach

Worst customer service ever. Tried to approach several employees who were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers find items in their messy, disorganized store. I wound up walking out rather than wait in line to get information and then have to wait in line again to check out. I'll go to Michaels or order from Amazon before I ever set foot in a Joann store again.

Love this Joann’s my husband and I got into perler beads and this store sells the most selection of colors we see anywhere else and have bigger bags dedicated to single color refills we live 45 min away and drive the extra bit for this store the close one we have is really small compared to this one and that one never has anything we need for our crafts

Don’t work here unless you want to get paid $10 an hour for doing 3 jobs worth of labor

Needs more price tags around, it gets too confusing with certain areas that lack the obvious price tag. I found myself giving up and walking away.Cool place though.

It is so hot in this store. I needed to pick up fabric but there is no way I can think clearly when it's almost as hot indoors as it is outside. This has been going on for weeks!

Decent enough place, for what they carry. Extensive cloth collection, for all sewing projects (which is 80% of my needs with them). Always coupons for things but beware and know your prices on the other things they carry. Not everything is a bargain.Still the same old same old here. So much of their inventory isn't marked. You have signage displaying % off original price. But no price tags... Also so many similar items in different locations in the store, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. They lost a big sale with me, I don't care how marked down it is. If I don't know the price, I'm not bothering and try to find someone who works there. They are never around and in camouflage.

Went there an hour before closing and Blanch was very kind and helpful right up to closing time, assisting me with figuring out my project.

Unfortunately every time I go to Jo-Ann's it just takes forever and it's not the employees fault. There's either long lines for cutting fabric and there's one employee behind the counter. And every time at the registers takes forever. And I feel like this is because coupons are on an app and a lot of people get confused by the coupons which I could be one of them and transactions take a long time.

Just meh selection. Michael’s has a WALL of washi tape, while Joann’s had maybe two patterns. You’d think they weren’t being sold anywhere anymore if you base that idea on the amount of washi tape inventory there is at the 192 Joann’s location.

LOTS of craft items, lots of deals. Staff was friendly and VERY helpful. My first time using the phone app, the cashier walked me through it as it is somewhat complicated.

Went to Joanns on New Haven yesterday and it was such a mess. It was so disorganized. I could not find anything I needed. So, I had to make a second trip for supplies today and go to Michaels down on palm bay road where i found everything i needed and more. It was a totally different experience there. It was definitely worth the trip unlike Joanns.

I decided to try to learn to sew, was considering taking a sewing class, and needed some things to get started on the used Janome 108 machine that I had picked up. Needed some of the sewing basics, like fabric pins, needles for the machine, a good pair of scissors, and spool pins for the machine. I was hoping for some expert insight for my newbie purchases. That was a mistake.I Went directly to sewing machine section, there was a female sales associate with her back turned towards the sales floor, deeply absorbed in some task near her register. She seemed peeved when I asked about item location. She never smiled once, never said “Wow good for you”, or any kind of pleasantry at all, when I told her I want to learn to sew. She didn’t walk me to items, just gave me sour-faced directions to their general location.I asked myself why the hell I was supporting a store that treats novice seamstresses with such disdain, and decided to abandon my cart holding roughly $100 in purchases in frustration with the way she was mistreating me. So unhelpful to a newbie. So unfriendly.Brick and mortar stores need to understand that in this day and age, the main reason people walk in is to find expert, helpful sales people who can offer insight and knowledge to customers. We come in for excellent customer service and attention.A store that lacks customer service has nothing to offer me that I can’t find on the internet, delivered to my door and often for less cost.No more Joann Fabrics for me. Also their bathroom was quite filthy.
