The hidden gem on New Haven AvenueI've been to furniture stores from LA to New York and this is the best one I've ever worked with.The trick is to work with the staff here and order the furniture that you actually want. They have a decent selection on the floor, but the real power of this place is to help you find exactly what you want and not just the closest thing that happens to be laying around. They seem to have an intuitive feel for the majority of the big furniture manufacturers and frequently recommend different brands based on what type of furniture you want, shipping times, cost etc.When you do this you get access to a whole world of well made furniture at reasonable cost that you just won't find on the floors of many other places.STAFF KNOWLEDGE & CUSTOMER SERVICEThis place does away completely with the sadly de-facto furniture store experience of:Look around at whatever is on the floor.Get approached by a salesperson evidently doing their best imitation of the concierge from Ferris Bueller's Day Off.Ask salesperson if the surface texture is stained wood or a veneer, and realize they have no idea but made up an answer anyway all while eagerly glancing over your shoulder at the couple that is looking to spend $4,500 on a pleather sofa that will start peeling in less than a year.I don't believe the staff at Luxe make commissions, and yet they have some of the most knowledgeable people around. They don't use sales tactics or pressure you to buy something and they don't dodge questions.VERY WIDE SELECTION (WHEN YOU ORDER THINGS)Do you want one of those executive desks from detective movies in the 1940s?Do you want matching bedroom furniture in an old cherry style?Do you want a real leather tufted bar chair that will last for a hundred years?Well then good luck at the vast majority of furniture stores.Luxe is the only place I have found that can handle these kinds of requests.REPAIRS AND HELPIf something does go wrong, the folks at Luxe are fantastic and will almost certainly help you figure it out. After my chair had some issues with the wheels, Dan came out to the house and helped install some new wheels free of charge.

My husband and I stopped into Luxe Furniture to look for a master bedroom set and found the store and staff to be excellent on all levels. Their interior design services both in the store and in our home were top-notch. Perhaps the best part of it all is the collaboration with Michelle during each purchasing decision. She took pictures of our rooms, listened with intent to the specs of what we were looking for, and offered an abundance of options. She even came to our home to select wall colors, wallpaper, and accessories to go with the beautiful furniture we purchased. Michelle made it so easy from hello to purchase and delivery.

Michelle and Dan are the best! They have high quality products, many selections of fabrics and accessories. Great customer service and amazing designers to help with any project. I have Luxe furnishings in almost every room and love it all! I highly recommend them!

Purchased a dining table and chairs with the help of Grace.When they arrived the fabric on the chairs wasn't what we were expecting. Contacted the store and spoke with Michelle. All I have to say is they went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Very happy with the end result.

Owners Dan and Michelle along with their design team are simply amazing. It begins by browsing through their amazing showroom of top quality furniture, art and accessories. If you can’t find what your looking for in the showroom don’t fret! Speak with a designer and tell them what you envision or ask for ideas. The designer will even go to your house to help you design a room or your whole house. They’ll place your custom order and have it to you as fast as it’s able to be built/shipped. Worried about the install/setup when it arrives? They have you covered there as well. The owners, with many years of experience, will come and install it all! They take care of you from beginning to end.

After purchasing a home, my wife and I stopped in Luxe to see what options they had for furniture. What started out as an afternoon thing to do, turned into a house remodel. We worked with Grace, one of the designers, and couldn’t be more happy. She is absolutely fantastic. She genuinely cares for her clients. Unlike other big furniture stores in the area that we have purchased furniture from before, Luxe works with you to design your dream room. In addition to the personal touch, Luxe does beautiful window coverings. Grace worked with the owner, Michelle and Dan, to make sure ever detail was perfect. Whether your design need is small or large, they treat the customer as important.

Wow! What a wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. So much so that even though we went in to shop for one sofa we ended up with three. Selection was fantastic and quality clearly outstanding. Without question we will be back to Luxe Furniture and interior design in the future.

We went to luxe to see the selection of furniture that they had available. We dealt with both Amanda and the owner Michelle. They obtained finish samples for us and showed us styles of furniture that was available to them. We bought 2 pieces for our home that will be made to order. We found them to both be very helpful and courteous and we encourage anyone looking for quality furnishings to visit them and utilize their skill and knowledge in home design.

I just visited this shop today because I saw a post on Facebook marketplace. I am so inspired by all of the pieces and unique boutique products! It is a hidden gem and I understand they are just getting things going. Vintage, coastal and shabby vibe. Upholstery is a niche for many of their offerings and done so well at reasonable prices. I just love their concept and will be spreading the word. It is off North Babcock close to Harbor Blvd. Best wishes to this fantastic new business! ????

Yes, very honest & PROFESSIONAL I ordered mask from them paid for them in advanced 3 - 6 days later curb side pick up w/ mom senior masks 3, & my 3 now because of the quality being so well 4 mask I ordered 4 more gave nurse one & neighbor who's just so great saw insisted on paying me 4 it . so I need more now not making any profit, they might want to do a pop up shop in north COCOA.

I could not be happier with my experience at Luxe Furniture & Interior Design! We purchased a 2nd home and were overwhelmed with decorating and remodeling an entire house. Vickie listened to my design ideas and helped me see my vision through. She set me up with contractors to do the remodeling and then worked with me on each room, making sure that colors, style and scale were all working together. I gave her the keys to our house to come and go as she pleased while we were away & waiting to move in. She is 100% trustworthy! Once the larger pieces were decided on, I would come to the store where she had fabrics & finishing touches displayed out for me so that we could pick and choose all the small details. She is also an expert at designing pillows! I let her do as she wished, and they give each room that "Wow" factor. Luxe has a large selection of vendors that they work with, so practically everything you can find at another store or on the internet, they can find at a better price. My home has been a large project, 8 rooms in all, and each area has a unique look and feels like a resort, which I could not have done without Luxe. Vickie has not only been an amazing source of information, help and guidance, she has turned into a true friend. She cares about people and treats her clients like family!
